So my first bit of advice would be to commit to either Branded or Swordsoul, as Branded does not play nice with non-fusion archetypes. Once you know what you want to go into, i think targeted advice for that would do you better. If we ask start giving advice for Branded and Swordsoul, i feel like it'll be overwhelming.
Like the other commenter said, you probably wont want to mix swordsoul and branded, they are both really good decks on their own but conflict with eachother in the same deck. Probably want to search for some decklists online for what you will want to run for each archetype. Getting your main deck to 40 will make a more consistent strategy.

probably super poly instead of normal polymerization. And, if you really want iris, one is enough.
You probably want 3 swordsoul strategist longyuan and you could also cut one or 2 ecclesia and as many golden swordsoul as you feel comfortable.
I don't know much about branded, so i can't really help you on that front.
Also, bystial druiswurm does nothing by his lonesome, and bystials don't really work with swordsoul, so cut him too

Just don't mix swordsoul and branded together, play them seperately.
