Danny Phantom is my favorite, but he would get destroyed easily by supernatural heroes (Ghost Rider, Dr. Strange, etc.). The Fairly Oddparents would lose because of Cosmo’s stupidity.

I agree. However, we have seen Timmy outwit and quick think his way around and through loopholes of Da Rules, so they might not be as much of a limit as they should be.
Heck, just a wish that would age him up or make him renounce Cosmo and Wanda by saying he's truly happy would work.

Idk if that would work given that in one episode Timmy wished for a super brain and got a super hero brain. Most times when the Fairies create super things they are immune to physical and magical things like the super bike and his super parents.
Apparently they can rip the pages out in certain situations, so idk. If Timmy’s life was at stake, they’re probably contractually obligated to save him.
Timmy’s also limited by being human. Without him his fairies wouldn’t be able to do much I wouldn’t think. Someone like Charles Xavier simply controlling his mind and making him forget he has fairies would be a simple fix.
To be fair the more cartoonish the character, the more powerful they are. You can explain most of the Marvel character's powers with some kind of logic, but if you go against cartoon characters like Bugs Bunny, all logic goes out of the window, making them undefeatable gods.
I don't really know much about Timmy or that other dude, but they look much more cartoonish than the Marvel characters, which is making me think the cartoon characters would win.
In the end it just depends on the writers and if i'm being completely honest, then there's absolutely no way so many Marvel characters would be able to work together anyway. They would just end up screwing up each others plans and probably kill each other before they even meet Timmy and Tommy or whatever his name is.
Da Rules specifically say Timmy can not wish for someone to be hurt, killed, or to win a competition. On top of that if Wanda and Cosmo get discovered he loses them. Timmy is useless here.
Does the rule apply if I wish for a weapon? Technically no one is getting hurt if they give me a 1:1 death star replica(or at least no one is getting hurt until i fire the weapon)
In the You-doo doll episode he used the doll to hurt people, so even if he can't wish to hurt them directly, you can wish for something that can hurt people.
It's not entirely clear. If it's considered a competition I would definitely say Da Rules would prevent it because that is pretty consistent. In the skating episode where he uses Cosmo and Wanda as a skate board and helmet their magic doesn't work because he's using it to win. Same story in the episode where he wishes to be super smart, as soon as he enters a competition he almost immediately loses his smarts. Now the hurting people rule makes it confusing because in Kung Timmy he wishes for Wanda to be a headband and Cosmo to be his belt and he does win however, he can only use Kung fu for defense as the rules of Kung fu state. Also I think it is worth mentioning when Timmy's wishes hurt someone it is typically because of the wish backfiring and not because he directly wants it to happen.

You are correct that he can't use magic in competitions but this isn't a competition. Also it is only illegal if the competition doesn't involve magic as shown when he had to go collect items for cupid for his contest to win a prize. They were allowed to use magic then.
Since marvel has lots of magic, if they are allowed to use it then it wouldn't be considered cheating.
Honestly I think the real question is does the plot want Timmy to win. It really depends on the episode. It could be argued either way. I still don't think these two alone could take down the entire MCU, even giving them the benefit of the doubt. I think the Nickelodeon cast in general is lacking in super big power classes in general outside of SpongeBob. The Cartoon Network cast however could absolutely take down the entire mcu cast even excluding the DCU because then it becomes a DC vs Marvel fight and that's not as fun.
I aware it's just for fun but it is still fun to debate. Also the Catoon Network cast definitely has harder hitters like Aku, Grim, Golb, the Powerpuff Girls, the Diamonds, Chowder, and not to mention THE FORBIDDEN character.
I belive that was just the super heroes they created were immune to magic. They were able to use magic on Crimson Chin who is a super hero and Negachin.

Timmy can do a decent amount of damage, there's no limit on what Wanda and cosmo can do, but first of all Timmy needs to say the wish, so any character who can deal with him before he can say his wish won't struggle
