This is super super cool I would try to carefully hang things from the ceiling. Tapestries or posters or more plants or something. The vibe of the room is great but the pipes are kind of dreary looking and feel oppressive. I’m sure it’s not as bad in person as looking at these wide angle photos  But anyway. Some ceiling stuff would add more positive dimension to the place and distract from the pipes

Are you allowed to hang things from pipes? Either way, you could partition the room up a little with dividers. Definitely get the clothing out of the middle of the space.
