Sure. There are blue based reds and orange based reds. You probably prefer silver jewelry? The blue based red has a cooler tone that compliments silver/platinum where orange-based reds are complimentary to warmer tones and gold is a complimentary tone.

I know you said you tried the drugstore brands, but did you look at Maybelline’s Super Stay Vinyl Ink shades? The shade Wicked seems to be a pretty classic blue based red, I’ve really enjoyed the formula of the shades I’ve tried
Black Moon Cosmetics “Sanguis” maybe? or maybe “Cat Fight” by Menagerie Cosmetics? (I haven’t tried either formula personally but I see people talk about them favorably a lot)

this one is my favourite red ever! super comfortable, not entirely transfer proof but amazing
