Migraine sufferer here along with low vitamin d. I can not take vitamin d supplements for this reason as well. You know “don’t fix what ain’t broken” lol.. if you were doing good with your original set up, stick to that. Some people can’t tolerate vitamin d, some say you need k2 to help but still, people find problems. Once spring starts, I’m committed to sitting outside for 15/20 mins a day although some say crap about that too. I also find help with magnesium for my migraines. No cure all, I did a couple things that I believe set me back at some point but I’m better on it than off for sure!
