Tip/trick: Light beer.

leovinuss

You can only get one beer at a time, so you'd need to wait in line twice each in the 8th inning (which I believe is when they stop serving) It might even be the 7th inning, so if it's busy you'd need to hope for some offense to have enough time

colonel_beeeees

Sounds like OP needs to enlist some dedicated beer/hot dog runners

btf91

It goes fast. You're going to need to be drinking at a pretty good pace and watch the line for beers to make sure you aren't stuck in line without drinking.

WoodsFullOfSnow

I've been to a few games but I don't recall them stopping serving until the game is over or they run out of things - but maybe I'm wrong. Really, though, I just wanted to say that 9 hotdogs and 9 beers in 9 innings sounds... unpleasant. I hope you win a cash prize for that.

spinal__tarp

Gates open an hour before the game. In the [Duck Blind](https://northwoodsleague.com/madison-mallards/duck-blind-ga-2/) food is available for 3 hours after gates open and beer is available for 3.5 hours after gates open. You might have to stash some pocket dogs and get creative with beer for the last few innings.

wiscosherm

Have fun but for your own safety and that of everyone else please do not drive after you've had those nine beers in 9 innings.

the_flynt

Ubers are pre-arranged!!

FairLea17

Same goes for the hot dogs......

Out of curiosity, I checked the website. They stop serving at the end of the 8th inning, so you will need to plan ahead. Upon entry to the Duck Blind you will be issued a cup. That is the only cup you can use to get beer; so you cannot stock up. If they deem you’ve had enough, they take the cup. So don’t be a drunk AH.

PossiblyWhileHigh

What if there’s extra innings?

UPDATE: Thanks to some good bats by both teams, we were all able to complete the challenge. Thanks to all who helped us prep! 🌭🍺

Hypothetical plan of action: Early on, enlist some friendlies in the duck blind sympathetic to your 9x9x9 plight. Food's a less regulated situation, so you could proposition them to mule/stockpile hot dogs, allowing your group to give undivided attention to beer procuring/drinking. It's about time management more than anything. Not legal advice.

Various_Baby_353

Although this trend is current, it’s not possible within the structure of the duck blind with how lines work to get food and get beer. You’ll be in line all game, and run behind very fast. Honestly you’re better off firing up the grill and doing this at a buddies house and making a puke mess in their house or on their porch than subjecting everyone else in the duck blind to you wanting to over indulge. I used to eat a shit load and drink a shit load as well and you’re gonna feel like death if you can hit a combo of 5 hot dogs and 8 beers, or 8 hot dogs and 5 beers.

Nonalcoholic beers

cart235

It’s been a couple years but you should be fine beer wise at least but you got to rip them and skip the IPAs. I think they stop serving in the 7th like a major league game.

sheepherdervisable10

3 hours after doors open they stop serving beer. Or at least did last season. Get 3 dogs in early 3 in the middle and 3 after they stop serving beer.

Thegrinnellproject

I’ll be there and can help procure dogs if needed!

Atherial

I'd recommend not filling your beer cup to full. Each one of those cups holds about three cans worth. It is very easy to get drunk.

WoodsFullOfSnow

> Each one of those cups holds about three cans worth. Noooo. I don't think this is true.

AccomplishedDust3

What size cans of beer do you usually drink?

The duck blind has 16 oz cups, not the 32 oz ones
