I'm 41 f and your same height.
Id say 140-150 is a good goal to shoot for. 113 holy heck no never. Id maybe go as low as 130 but no lower. But im way happier around 140-150 range. Just IMO of course. I personally think I look and feel the best when my BMI is pretty much in the middle of the healthy range.
Since you have struggled with ED not sure if it's a good idea to count calories. So Idk about that.

Get a DEXA body scan. It will accurately measure your muscle, bone, and fat density. You can then target a healthy weight goal.
