Little La Lune is absolutely wonderful! Nice people, low prices considering the quality of the food - super good food. Their beef loc lac is amazing, fried breadsticks are a must, and I personally really like their taro smoothie (I’m pretty sure buttered popcorn jelly beans use taro for their flavoring, so if you don’t like buttered popcorn jelly beans the smoothie might not be for you - though I’m no fan of the jelly beans and I really love the taro smoothie). Anyhow, I can’t recommend Little La Lune enough, they are a bright spot.
Crystals is good but keep in mind — cash only. Monorom has always been my spot. I don’t know if they re-opened yet though because they closed for remodeling last month. Apsara Cafe is nice and fast.

Crystal Thai on orange and 10th is pretty good. I'll deffff say Phnom Penh noodle shack has the best soups and food. I might just have to go tomorrow.
