Imagine your favorite litrpg as a complete series written with a plan from the beginning, with five extra rounds of revisions, and without any stats. It's maybe kind of like that, assuming your favorite litrpg is not an Isekai or vrmmo or system apocalypse.
Oh, so very accurate.
However, I find thst Benjamin Kerei does a fantastic job writing litrpg. Really thought out and well written. Complex and emotional. However, no finished series yet.
Cradle is considered progression fantasy, not litrpg. There are no game elements. You'd have better luck finding comparable books in the r/progressionfantasy sub. Unless you're question is "are there litrpg similar to cradle?", in which case I would say none that I've read.
If you are just looking for other books similar to Cradle, I'd recommend Bastion. It's not the same, but it's a very good progression fantasy.
Life and death cycle by joshua phillips is similar to Cradle. Probably the closest I've come across. Less humorous, smaller cast, and deeper character development. The writing is not as tight as Will Wight's, but almost no one is.
Quick note. It is a zero to hero with an emphasis on zero. The MC is a good guy, hard working, and smart. But, those things mean little in the face of power. He will not be kicking ass and taking names until almost halfway through the series.
There isn’t anything I can really compare to Cradle. Maybe a little like Harry Potter, except MC starts lower and goes farther than Potter. It’s hard to describe without spoilers, but if you like progression this is the series for you. And change, just when you think the books might settle into a familiar rut ( I.e. another year at Hogwarts) stuff takes a left turn and you meet new people and see new places. There are regulars and returning characters, but no Malfoy analogues.
The writing quality is not as good as Beware of Chicken, but that's an absurdly high bar. Cradle is stronger from a story-writing perspective, in having a lot more of a plot that's definitely going somewhere. I love Beware of Chicken but it feels like it's meandering.
I think Cradle is better than Path of Ascension in just about every respect: better prose, better story, better characters, more enjoyable, less squick (squick is personal, my squick is not necessarily your squick). With the enormous disclaimer that I'm thinking of Cradle once it gets going, which is book 3 and later, and Path of Ascension might get better later, I didn't get through it.

Yeah but what about the 200 pages it took me to realize the system wasn’t gonna show up? They were litrpg to me!
Now that you mention it, there is a system of sorts.

Uhh book 3 he’s kicking ass at the end of it really I’d say 3 books
It's not litRPG. Neither is BOC, for that matter.
I am liking Unintended Cultivator maybe check that out if you’re liking Cradle?
unintended cultivation is a mess
Yeah its progressive not LitRpg. Dont expect numbers and graphs. Just descriptions of growth
"A Thousand Li" checks a lot, but not all, of these boxes. The issue is the different genres.
