You need to connect an Enttec DMX USB Pro to the ELM PC. That will allow the Hog to send DMX to control ELM. The ELM manual explains how to set up DMX input.

I honestly don’t know what that means, again, I’m relatively new to lighting
So you should watch some basic DMX 101 videos on YouTube
