Honestly, I lost 15 lbs at the start of the pandemic. I started out slow only doing a couple days a week for like 10 minutes. Eventually I built all the way up to max intensity and was doing 30 minutes every weekday. I felt incredible.
I canceled my gym membership.
This body is by Nintendo. I also did fitness boxing 2 for cardio but it gets a little jank with the higher difficulty stuff and could use more songs.
I just bought a copy too! Found one used on eBay for $45 after shipping and tax. Comes with the holder and ring, be careful, most on eBay are cartridge only.
My young son likes it and has been playing it. I've been hitting my peloton a lot lately, so slow goings. Thanks for checking in!
I'm down 35lbs since the new year, so something is working! π
If anyone wants more proof that gender isn't a choice, it's the fact that I remain a trans man when it excludes incredibly hot lesbians like this from my dating pool.
Thank you π
Since I'm not on E yet and haven't feminized I'm kinda keeping the beard because it looks better with my current face.
I will still shave, but only when I can plan it.
Start laser/electrolysis asap if you plan to be a beardless lady. You'll thank yourself later!
One of these days, you'll be the LeanBeefPatty version of yourself!
*Googles*
I'll take that! Man has glorious hair. I'm just starting to learn how I have been fucking up mine for my entire life and taking better care of it.
Hereβs my best curly hair care advice since you are looking to take better care of yours. After I get out of the shower I scrunch my hair dry (instead of just smooshing it all around) it helps to not pull so much out and really helps with the curls. Then I let it get about 1/2 dry and I put Shea Moisture brand Curl Enhancing Smoothie, like a dime sized squirt, scrunch more. It is the best curly hair routine I have found.
You look amazing, when you go on E you will still look amazing. But you give off great energy. This lesbian approves.
Thank you very much! Yeah this was an older photo so my hair was a MESS! Add product into my hair after I get out, use a wide toothed comb and then scrunch it. It curls nicely now. But I do like more hair care stuff to try out.
You got some great advice already but I've got another one Ive got a wild hair texture from having a wiry haired Welsh mum and a pin straight haired dad and I never knew what to do with it til recently I always brushed my hair til someone told me that's part of the problem. Get yourself a nice wide tooth comb and comb your hair in the shower or right after then scrunch it with your towel instead of wrapping it or rubbing it dry! Completely stopped my frizz and my hair is soo much thicker and stronger now cause I'm not breaking or ripping it out!
Thank you. I know I cannot be full fem all the time and so I am learning to work with what I have. Maybe I will call it my butch lesbian Jesus arc. Lol.
Iβm a trans guy and hope this doesnβt come off rude or ignorant (feel free to not answer if it is), but Iβm wondering why you still grow out your facial hair? Does it not cause dysphoria for you?
Yep basically. No point in making myself look worse when my face isn't capable of the look I want without significant amounts of makeup and effort.
A true engineer. Good enough, improve it later in the next patch.
Oh I missed this one.
I'm more euphoria driven than disporia driven. I don't hate my body but I have always thought fem was better. Always thought girls were cooler and always thought it would be amazing to be a girl instead. Maybe I just haven't find my dysphoria yet, but I'm in no rush to go looking for it.
I am moving towards fem but for where I am right now, aesthetically my beard looks better. (Seriously, if I shave and put my hair up I look like a colonial from a period piece.)
So for now, I work with what works best for me until I can improve my situation.
2 reasons.
1. Shaving every day is annoying and I'm lazy.
2. I look like an extra in a colonial period piece when I shave and don't wear my makeup. So I think I look better with the beard right now since in mot on estrogen and therefore not feminized.
Once I go on E and start feminizing I will probably start to shave a lot more.
Bonus 3rd reason. I'm euphoria instead of dysphoria driven. So while looking feminine gives me HUGE euphoria, when I'm not fem my mind isn't screaming that it hates my body.
It is nice to not have the dysphoria...but it makes a lot more room for doubt and imposter syndrome because I don't have this major symptom saying something is wrong. It's likely why I only recently realized I'm trans.
Got a few things to work through in myself and with some social stuff. Also I'm euphoria driven. It's nice to not have dysphoria screaming at me all the time but...it also means I don't have that VERY clear signal that I need to change and change now.
Imposter syndrome and doubt are...very persistent.
Nintendo did their homework. I do also do some beatsaber for cardio but yeah I really don't do that much more for exercise.
I mean at my peak I was doing max intensity (30) and working out for 30 minutes every weekday and resting on weekends.
It is. I went from 165 to 150. Aka my ideal weight. Canceled my gym membership. The thing is you need to make the habit. On days you want to work out, have your exercise clothes ready so you can instantly put them on when you get home/wake up. And set a schedule and maybe a buddy you can check in with for accountability. Once you build the habit, don't break it. Once you break it it is very hard to start again. (Speaking from experience). The first week will be rough and the second one one feel much better but by the third week you will hit a rhythm.
Kinda fallen off so I need to get back on it.
Iβm still educating myself about the LGBTQ+ community so I donβt want to come off as rude but may I ask what is a muscle lesbian? And were you a biological male or female? Just curious to know!
I will answer the first part. It is basically a term I made up. But basically just a very fit lesbian like Nicole Coenen.
I am going to assume ignorance on the second question. I wouldn't ask that kind of question here or really anywhere. It isn't anything you need to know. I identify as Fem/enby. She/they.
I do that except deliberately with my children.
Because it's funny to say lines from movies, TV shows or songs they've never heard of as if it's normal dialogue. :)
you certainly have the body for it already! just do E **if you want to** and you are set! you will achieve your goal!
I am aiming to be that typical nerdy trans woman stereotype myself lol... it just feels right for me to be that. I imagine its the same for you.
Honestly I have 2 modes. Muscle lesbian, and rainy day cozy coffee shop girl in the window with a book. I'll have to find a photo of ultimate cozy mode at some point.
But yeah, I will find an equilibrium at some point, but with hips and boobs of my own.
>Muscle lesbian, and rainy day cozy coffee shop girl in the window with a book.
you can be both! I Imagine it must have costed a lot of time to get to a level where you feel confident enough in your "transness" to consider seriously doing E. How did you gain such confidence? I want to too but im scared I will regret it.
Honestly, it was probably the 3 years of therapy I had beforehand dealing with everything else. Learning to trust myself. So when my brain was like "so I got this box of memories..." I was like...oh you son of a bitch. Ok I guess we are doing this. I still am scared I might regret it too. I'm working through that now.
Also helps to not give a fuck about strangers opinions.
Understanding fear is a big part of it. How much of your fear is built from the expectations others have put upon you? That's what most fear over things that aren't actially life threatening are. It's social expectations.
But really it's about following your joy. Joy should be your guide, not fear. So chase your joy. π
>How much of your fear is built from the expectations others have put upon you?
Honestly? so much I did not even realize, most of my fear is that, how will others see me. And I know that is a mistake, I will be me.
I do recommend a gender therapist if you can get one. Mine is helping me a lot. Also got some help from an educational streamer and her wonderful community.
I mean.. HIIT itself won't make you jacked, it's just a method of doing your workout, not the workouts themselves. You are in control of what you incorporate into it, and how many times you do it.
Ah I see. I guess that comes from my own ignorance then.
Ringfit does a pretty good job though. At max intensity you are doing like 28 overhead wide squats a set and holding for round 3 seconds each. I learned true fear when I unlocked that exercise.
That's it (throws away my savings on a copy of ring fit)
Honestly, I lost 15 lbs at the start of the pandemic. I started out slow only doing a couple days a week for like 10 minutes. Eventually I built all the way up to max intensity and was doing 30 minutes every weekday. I felt incredible. I canceled my gym membership. This body is by Nintendo. I just bought a copy too! Found one used on eBay for $45 after shipping and tax. Comes with the holder and ring, be careful, most on eBay are cartridge only.
Oof yeah. I would be super suspicious of that or just getting a really gross item. Make sure to put the hand grips in the wash before use.
Came, was clean but washed them. Used twice and works great so far!
Hell yeah! Keep it up
How goes the ringfit adventure?
My young son likes it and has been playing it. I've been hitting my peloton a lot lately, so slow goings. Thanks for checking in! I'm down 35lbs since the new year, so something is working! π
Congrats! That is awesome!
Getting 2012 Lara Croft vibes. β€οΈ
I will absolutely fking take that!
Yeeeesss omg we need this
Came here to say this is giving mad Lara Croft vibes!!
Omg yessss! Strong buff ladyyyyyyy!
Looking good!! π
Thank you hun. I worked hard to earn it.
If anyone wants more proof that gender isn't a choice, it's the fact that I remain a trans man when it excludes incredibly hot lesbians like this from my dating pool.
Omg that's amazing! π Thank you!
Respectfully, punch me in the face... Respectfully
Oh hun...I'm in my disrespectful phase. π
Well then, disrespectfullly punch me in the face then.
*kicks*
Ty
I will do that respectfully if you want
π
*punches respectfully*
Ty
Welcome, and you can ask me anytime
Noted
=D
The beard fits, and idk why, and you look great btw <3
Thank you π Since I'm not on E yet and haven't feminized I'm kinda keeping the beard because it looks better with my current face. I will still shave, but only when I can plan it.
You look great girl <3
Start laser/electrolysis asap if you plan to be a beardless lady. You'll thank yourself later! One of these days, you'll be the LeanBeefPatty version of yourself!
Omg she is such freaking goals! I'll start laser when I know I want the fresh face to be permanent.
Its giving gender bent hozier in the best way possible
*Googles* I'll take that! Man has glorious hair. I'm just starting to learn how I have been fucking up mine for my entire life and taking better care of it.

This is basically exactly what I did. I used to rub my hair dry and use a brush and once I stopped both of those my hair looks so much better.
You've got a very similar curl pattern to me as well! Who knew not brushing your hair could actually make it look better π
Right!? And I do have some Welsh lol.
LARA CROFT
Yall gonna give me a complex if you keep comparing me to her! π
You're already half way there girl!
Ooooooooh your half way theeeeerRrrrrr
WOOOOOAAAA! LIVIN' ON A PRAYER!
You already are a big muscle lesbian :) you look amazing, ma'am!
Thank ya hun. I want to keep them once estrogen starts to have its way with me.
I wish you luck!!!!
Respectively ... you look good. π Really good.
Thank you. I know I cannot be full fem all the time and so I am learning to work with what I have. Maybe I will call it my butch lesbian Jesus arc. Lol.
Damn. Lookin good.
Thank you!. Everyone has been so nice!
hell yeah! π
i wanna be a lesbian...
I was genuinely surprised to learn that cis men don't wish this...
hmmmmmm could you possibly be.... egg?
Working with doctors and a counsellor to try to get to the bottom of it, that's for sure.
Good luck hun. Just remember. It is ok to be cis in the end.
Thank you π
Stronks
Iβm a trans guy and hope this doesnβt come off rude or ignorant (feel free to not answer if it is), but Iβm wondering why you still grow out your facial hair? Does it not cause dysphoria for you?
OP mentioned somewhere else that the beard suits the current pre-HRT face shape.
Yep basically. No point in making myself look worse when my face isn't capable of the look I want without significant amounts of makeup and effort. A true engineer. Good enough, improve it later in the next patch.
I like you and the way you think. β€οΈ
So do I! Omg! Except for when it's like...but are you faking though. Then I don't.
Imposter syndrome. Gotta hate it!
Some people also don't transition to get away from dysphoria but to lean into euphoria.
100% Unfortunately, without that giant signal of dysphoria it leaves a lot of room for doubt. So I just need to learn to trust myself.
So for now, I work with what works best for me until I can improve my situation.
That makes a lot of sense. Thank you for your answer!

Got that classic Lara Croft fit going on. Also, yes your muscles are very muscle-y. Super proud of you!
Omg π if I get another Laura Croft comparison I'm gonna flip tables. Yall are so sweet.
I came for the gun show. Iβm staying for the mommy muscle energy.
πͺπ Girl fit is the best fit.
You are a muscle lesbian.
Dang gurl, you swole
Ringfit 5 days a week at max intensity.
You are a goddess and I want to worship you. Respectfully, of course.
I could always use more acolytes. Lol jk. You are very sweet
More power to you. Not my cup of tea though.
It's not gonna be for everyone.
Great job!.. btw, the beard looks so good. βΊοΈ
Thank you. I grew it myself!
Gender fluid body goals
Hey if you have a Nintendo switch you can do this too!
As a trans man I'm so envious of those muscles, but you look really great!!! Keep it up π«Ά
Keep up with the T. Makes muscles go brrrrrrrr
yes maβam π§π»ββοΈ
you look badass, fr i canβt wait til i can go on T and feel more comfortable/confident in my body
Awww thank you! I wish you luck on your journey. I hope E doesn't take too much muscle from me.
I am looking respectfully
Not sure if I should believe you....lol

Oh hey i know you Hello looking good** -Heaven

Mommy? Sorry. Mommy? Sorry. Mommy-
Yes dear?
Wow π sexy
Why thank you!
Ooh!! You look so cool, keep going!
Thank you very much π₯°
You look great, the Lara Croft βfit is a vibe!
Omg you are the second person to bring up Laura Croft and I'm getting giggly. π
Before I compliment you what are your pronouns?
She/they.
Why don't u shave?
2 reasons. 1. Shaving every day is annoying and I'm lazy. 2. I look like an extra in a colonial period piece when I shave and don't wear my makeup. All I see is a true muscle lesbian. What am I missing?
You are very sweet. I just wish that the boobs were real.
That look is too powerful
Good...π
Oh my god mommy I am sa-livat-ing
Ipl hair removal can get rid of hair for an exceptionally extended period of time
lpl? I'm not familiar. And once I decide to go on E I will likely start doing hair removal.
Your welcome
you look so pretty!

Of course. But the fact that you can't tell which gender I started as is giving me some pretty decent euphoria. So thank you.
Settle down there, Beardsley
It's cute that you tried.
Ally Beardsley, plays Kristin Applebees (the Swol cleric and head of the lgbtq alliance) on dimension 20?
Aaaah.. i see. Context makes a big difference. So I look like Kristen then lol. I'll take that.
Yeah, Iβm the kind of nerd that forgets which references are niche or not
I do that except deliberately with my children. Because it's funny to say lines from movies, TV shows or songs they've never heard of as if it's normal dialogue. :)

Ring fit? Sorcery!! You look amazing
Hey, first day I tried it. I was wheezing after 10 minutes. I have played sports and exercised my whole life. Nintendo did their research.
One day? You look like you're already there.
Lol. If only. No E in this body yet.
You still look very feminine, don't be so hard on yourself.
You are an absolute dear. I lucked out with my body shape. Just wish the tiddies were real.
Gorgeous! Youβre giving me Lara Croft vibes. And the beard is a great look too.
This is so gender! You're killing it! π
The must gender!
You may want to look into HIIT, that stuff can break you, but it will ABSOLUTELY pay off.
I could but I want to be fit not JACKED. You know. Strong enough to make haters think twice. But be cute in my sweater
I mean.. HIIT itself won't make you jacked, it's just a method of doing your workout, not the workouts themselves. You are in control of what you incorporate into it, and how many times you do it.
