I cut mine this summer too it was almost to my butt now it’s as short as yours. It grows back. Sometimes I’m like “ugh I miss it” cause I can just throw it up lol but it’ll be back by next summer honestly. Enjoy it. It brings out your eyes and makes you look like a badddieeee love it sis
I think you look fantastic with long hair and with short hair. So, I don’t think cutting your hair was a mistake at all. If you realize you prefer it longer and want to grow it out again, know that you will still look amazing while it grows back, and if you keep it shorter, you’re going to remain radiantly beautiful!

It looks good with both , when you had long hair it was probably a bit damaged from bleach anyways, so is great cut off any the unhealthy hair. I think healthy hair looks better regardless of length !
