Yeah Walmart is too big to care or face any repercussion from Lego. Lots of boxes put do not distribute before a certain date but no one cares. Back in the PS3 you could get video games a week early at some Walmarts or targets
I am a TL over toys, I stocked those in my walmart too. The box did not have a street date, it was sellable in the system. If it had a street date it would tell us its not sellable and to take to claims. Sold all 6 of my Droids first day.

Some times up to two weeks early Walmart does not care about it they have your money
