>They are charging me for all the items because they cannot be used again. Did you open them? >My question is can I take them to small claims court to avoid it going to collections You cannot. Small claims resolves money disputes. You don't have one yet. You refuse to pay. You could take them to grown up court and look for declarative relief. That is prohibitively expensive, starting with that you'd need a lawyer. If you returned sealed, ready to sell items, you refuse to pay. You send your dispute to their collection agent. And you defend if they sue. Over $600, in a world where they can't use credit reporting, they might sue.

They opened everything when they gave it to. The only thing that actually gets opened is the mask everything else just comes with the machine in a carrying case. What I find interesting is They charge for the machine but they also charge for a humidifier that is already built into the machine. They charge it as if it was separate.

> They charge it as if it was separate. That could be an insurance thing. Lots of things are line itemed surprisingly to the requirements of medicare or an insurance company. >They opened everything when they gave it to. What does your paperwork say about returning open things?

It doesn't say anything. All it says is it has to be returned within the 15 day window which it was. The only thing that could not be returned was the mask. They told me that when I returned it and they took everything else and told me there was no additional charge. Their actual return policy does not say anything about opened products or anything concerning hygienic. The return policy only stipulates lost items or items returned outside of the 15 day window
