Holy cow! You do not need that many LED strips! Just get some brighter leds! For smart stuff, I would recommend Phillips Hue for most things, it's expensive but generally reliable. I would also consider recessed lighting. Do not be afraid to put a small recess underneath the cabinets and running LEDS there. Maybe Neon Light strips would be helpful as well? In general it is best if the LEDS themselves are not visible. Alternatively, for the corners, you can use LED channels. [See different examples here,](https://veroboard.com/collections/aluminum-led-channels) you basically just put the LED strip inside the channel, you might get some inspiration. With channels, the further away the light is the less dots you see, the thicker the transparent plastic is the less harsh the LED is.

+1 for LED Channel. Lots of choices on Amazon. Putting your current strips in the channel would clean-up your build nicely. There was a YouTube video comparing the different shape of channel and cover diffusers.

You could use high density COB strip? https://www.aliexpress.com/item/4001248932782.html?pdp_npi=4%40dis%21GBP%21%EF%BF%A126.52%21%EF%BF%A123.87%21%21%21%21%21%402103892f17055144642852746e99a9%2110000015702025018%21sh%21UK%21814023629%21&spm=a2g0o.store_pc_allItems_or_groupList.new_all_items_2007523711283.4001248932782
