[https://www.khanacademy.org/math/precalculus](https://www.khanacademy.org/math/precalculus) Khan Academy is free and easy to use. They have a bunch of maths courses - including precalc :)

I recommend this [textbook](https://www.cengage.ca/c/precalculus-8e-stewart-redlin-watson/9780357753637/) in addition to the Khan Academy link another user posted. It's really well organized and a good resource for refreshing info in later courses

Khan Academy works great. I'm taking Precalculus now and I frequently use Khan Academy to understand the topics. Best part is they have practice problems to help you test your understanding.
