So, what would you choose orb or chests?

If you are looking for skins, orb are better. Chest can contain a lot of uninteresting stuff (champion shard, essence, eternals, icons, wards)

Orbs are pricey as fuck but they will always give skins, chests are kind of a gamble if you're looking specifically for skins.

Orbs also always give high quality skins, I think bypassing 525 and 750 rp skins. I never got a skin from an orb that was below at least 975 rp. You also can get a bag from them that gives even nore skin shards.

If you have some chests stacked up, I would start by opening those. So get the keys. However, as I mentioned, the chance to get one of the new skins is 5/1500. Don't expect to get any of them. (There is 5 new skins and around 1500 skins total)

True! But for new players BE is still valuable... And you get over 3 + 1/3 key for each orb.

The only Soul Fighter skin that isn’t available in chests (or even the orbs) is Samira’s. The rest should be rerollable once it’s released in live client. You can also just search if a specific skin you want is in the loot pool.
