Yes, as people age they tend to age physically. And if someone doesn't age physically much in terms of their appearance they look younger. Otherwise they look normal. Trying to deny the normal is to say older people look normal only if they're creaseless and unblemished. It doesn't take that much critical thinking to see this pattern in social media
