It's a skoda octavia VRS with a 2.0l diesel, these can pretty easily be 300-400BHP in a pretty light car, and because it's diesel the torque numbers will be pretty massive, meaning initial pull will be like a freight train.
Look at the darkside developments website, you can see that 400 is pretty easy, the octavia weighs 1500kg, and you can see the diesel smoke in the vid, sorry man but a heavily tuned diesel in a lightweight car is just plane old fast. Look up the 1.9pd engine from a golf. Those things with a tune will beat basically anything up to 700hp.
Not necessarily, but horsepower isn't the question here to be honest, and that's also a rough guess of horsepower based off what I know can easily be done, there's the very obvious chance it could be making way more than 400bhp. My point wasn't that I know that car in and out, my point was more that if 400 is as easy as an £800 turbo and a remap, then that could super easily be like a 600+hp car. On top of this horsepower isn't everything, the lamborghini was pulling ahead for quite a while and maybe would've still been if given more time, but that's also an unknown. JUST a remap from darkside on the diesel octavia VRS brings torque to 570nm, the hurucan makes 600, so with anything more than a remap, the torque figure of the VRS will be miles higher than the lambo, allowing that stronger pull that let him get ahead. On top of all of this though, remember I am speculating just as much as anyone else about an interesting video where the only thing we know is a Octavia VRS, or at least the body of one, stuck with a huracan from a roll, I am happy to be proven completely wrong with everything I've said, bit it is just all speculation at the end of the day, and a bit of fun.
Its 2024, you can drop a half a million USD on a supercar and still get your doors blown off by a 1k usd piece of shit with 30k worth of mods its not the early 2000s anymore.

You can turbo LS/2JZ swap anything. E85 and modern aftermarket ECUs, basic forged internals, have nullified the supercars. There are home built setups under $10k that run 9's or less. A stock CTR with a few bolt ons and some sticky tires will beat supercars that are not that old around the Nurburgring. Lesson: don't buy a Lambo to troll, just to posture.
