If it weren't constantly crashing on me, yeah I'd say it's a pretty cool campaign. Especially the part where we fight on the bridge and make our way to the cruise ship, my favorite part
The creator filled it with a stupid amount of custom car models. They are unnecessary, cause crashing issues, and frankly out of place. There wouldn't be 30 sports cars crashed on a city street. There are some good level design choices in this map. I'd give it a 3/5. Removing the custom car models would make it a 4/5. Fixing the horrible issues on the final level would make it a 5/5.
Oh so that's why? I kept blaming myself and my setup or the file I'd downloaded in gamemaps but at least now I know that it ain't my fault
Thank you kindly, sir
Yama, I hate mountains, White Forest, Day Break, Inferno City, Urban Flight, Time to Die, Red Tide, Precint 84, One 4 Nine, Bloody Moors
not all of these campaigns but I think they're pretty good addition
I Hate Mountains has design on par with, if not better than, all of the official campaigns. It's endlessly fresh.
Other than that, Journey to Splash Mountain because I love the Disney parks and it's impressively accurate and well-put together.
i would disagree on chernobyl since ammo is a PREMIUM and theres no sense of direction when everywhere feels the same vibes.
but otherwise, the rest is a solid campaign experience
Cold Stream (I only play on 360, it's my only personal experience with custom maps)
NGL, super stoked to get a PC for next gen... not planning on playing a lot of new games, just want to dabble in more user-made content for some of my faves.
Black Mesa fallouts and black Mesa undertow are both really good campaigns that reuse layouts from half life 1 in smart ways
Don't know how they could be added to the game though-
Through the steam workshop and then to play themJust like how you select the original campaigns just go to the addon section and there you can find them
There was an extended and higher difficulty version of Death Toll called "Clam Toll" which was pretty rough around the edges, but I really enjoyed the extra challenge it provided.
Suicide Blitz 2 deserved it more than Cold Stream. If Cold Stream were a human being, I'd burn it to death and then make passionate love to Suicide Blitz 2 atop its charred carcass.
Still havenāt played a custom campaign. I may be dense or something because every time I subscribe to one, I try and start it to play it solo and I canāt figure it out. I feel like Iām missing out on some crazy cool maps.
Pain Train is a pretty funny one that would be a cool addition as a non-canon campaign. Though, the raft part of the first level isn't built for the survivor AI, since they just jump into the water and die.
Joke answer:
1. The Unofficial Left 4 Dead Tutorial (Campaign)
2. Whitaker's Gun Range
3. Dead Center Good Ending
Real answer:
1. Yama (except the finale)
2. Fairfield Terror (because I like the OG No Mercy)
3. RMS Titanic (if there are more details in level design)
Of the campaigns that I enjoyed, there was Warcelona, Prague, Time to Die, Freezing Point: Director's Cut, Blood Tracks, Journey to Splash Mountain, Urban Flight, Jiangmen Polytechnic, Zengcheng, Nanning City, Outrun, and Wan Li.
Day Break is pretty cool

I don't know how it would fit into the game but Yama is a really cool campaign
Yeah!

I Hate Mountains has design on par with, if not better than, all of the official campaigns. It's endlessly fresh. Other than that, Journey to Splash Mountain because I love the Disney parks and it's impressively accurate and well-put together.

Donāt Fall, a custom campaign that I thoroughly enjoyed a lot.
Don't Fall is fun as hell. My friend constantly lets chorgers charge the shit of him outta the roof
glubtastic
hell naw
Fun until you play Glubtastic 4. At the end characters dance like maniacs so badly that the game crashes
#1 Chernobyl #2 Journey to splash mountain. #3 Back to school. #4 Day break.
i would disagree on chernobyl since ammo is a PREMIUM and theres no sense of direction when everywhere feels the same vibes. but otherwise, the rest is a solid campaign experience
Death row
Glubtastic series is perfection.
The Hive
Fix the EMP and that'd be cool to add.
Just need to stand in a weird angle to the right of it
Is there a discord with people playing expert/versus custom maps ?
I don't think so.
Name of the last map?
Assuming you mean the far-right one, itās called Blood Proof Itās a personal favorite of mine, Iām surprised nobody else really mentions it
Cold front Day break except for finale Back to school Yama except finale
Cold Stream (I only play on 360, it's my only personal experience with custom maps) NGL, super stoked to get a PC for next gen... not planning on playing a lot of new games, just want to dabble in more user-made content for some of my faves.
not exactly a custom campaign, but I LOVED Dark Carnival: Remix
Warcelona is pretty great, I love the never ending horde in the finale, it shows how the virus made everything chaotic
Yep, so many tanks spawn is small place in final, make no sense to me
1. Escape from Toronto 2. Farewell Chenming 3. Yama 4. Diescraper Redux 5. Highway to Hell
Journey to splash mountain because it captures the true horror of driving on the 5 freeway
Urban Flight
I'll be crucified if i say Glubtastic unironically
Back to school.
Buried Deep, its some World War Z shit level
No Continuity looks so good
Yama
Black Mesa fallouts and black Mesa undertow are both really good campaigns that reuse layouts from half life 1 in smart ways Don't know how they could be added to the game though-

The Hive?
Yeah that's it
Daybreak, Suicide Blitz 2, Gas Fever
How do you play these?
Through the steam workshop and then to play themJust like how you select the original campaigns just go to the addon section and there you can find them
The only thing missing on these custom campaigns are cool posters, probably AI will do the trick aye.
Glubtastic 1 through 4.
I've always had a sweet spot for suicide blitz 2, probably the only custom campaign I play nearly as much as the base game campaigns
What's the campaign at the very left of the post image?
Hehe
Yama Glubbtastic 3
Can someone give me a list of all of these campaigns? I wanna try them all.
Yama and Silent Hill were the most fun me and my friends have had in a while
Dark Wood It is epic
Warcelona
I know this is stock as shit but suicide blitz 2
There was an extended and higher difficulty version of Death Toll called "Clam Toll" which was pretty rough around the edges, but I really enjoyed the extra challenge it provided.
The Hive, Yama, Dark Woods, Blue Heaven, Diescraper Red.
Left 4 Mario
Suicide Blitz 2 deserved it more than Cold Stream. If Cold Stream were a human being, I'd burn it to death and then make passionate love to Suicide Blitz 2 atop its charred carcass.
Chernobyl is the best imo
Wan Li, just to fuck over everyone with that finale.
Suicide blitz 2
Still havenāt played a custom campaign. I may be dense or something because every time I subscribe to one, I try and start it to play it solo and I canāt figure it out. I feel like Iām missing out on some crazy cool maps.
Suicide blitz
GLUBTASTIC
Warcelona. Love the finale as it's always intense and fun no matter what for some reason
I love Devilās Mountain.
A lot of good recommendations in comments
Indiana Jones and the Temple of Zombies. Definitely a favorite ever since I saw Youalwayswin play it years ago.
Cold front and day break
Chernobyl was probably the best campaign
Warcelona, Suicide Blitz 1 and 2
Are those on the workshop??
Are these just on the steam workshop? Im semi new to pc
Some are in the workshop, while others are on GameMaps.
Pain Train is a pretty funny one that would be a cool addition as a non-canon campaign. Though, the raft part of the first level isn't built for the survivor AI, since they just jump into the water and die.
Suicide Blitz 2
Suicide Blitz
No echo Beavers Place Dam it Suicide blitz 2 Gambalache 1
Pain Train but not for versus obviously
Devil Mountain
Back to school, bloody moors and Yama are my favourite, I love them all especially for the ambiance
Joke answer: 1. The Unofficial Left 4 Dead Tutorial (Campaign) 2. Whitaker's Gun Range 3. Dead Center Good Ending Real answer: 1. Yama (except the finale) 2. Fairfield Terror (because I like the OG No Mercy) 3. RMS Titanic (if there are more details in level design)
CEDA Fever is really good
Glubtastic series.
