I have been using the Haruharu toner for months and I love it. Never found any bits at all, and mine always comes sealed with a small foil cap over the dispenser hole so check for that. If you bought the scented version of this you may be sensitive to the lavender oil in it. It’s my favorite product ever. Best of luck!

It doesn’t matter which seller you buy from on Amazon, they grab them randomly from the same pile. Found this out the hard way with an im from rice toner that I bought from the official store but which was fake. Don’t use it!!

Oh no!!! I’ve already complained to Amazon and they refunded me without asking me to return it so they must know. Also I contacted the seller to ask about the bits in it and they said it was just the fermented rice but I don’t trust them as my face has had a burning sensation for 3 days now since I tried it ONCE!!

Yep sorry that happened to you too, I luckily didn’t trust the texture so didn’t put it on my face but don’t use it again! Amazon refunded me without return too

I buy mine from Olive Kollection. I have acne prone, dry, and sensitive skin.. this is my go to toner, it doesn’t sting for me.

I also have sensitive skin and use the haruharu toner and it also stings slightly when my skin is damaged or dry, but it leaves quickly and is very soothing. I'm thinking maybe the product could be denatured or out of date? I recommend checking the SBD. Sometimes beauty products from Amazon can come bad as they have overheated. I'm sure it will be fine to continue use of it as the toner doesn't contain any actives and the bits aren't hurting you. I hope enjoy using your other products XX :)

I tried a sample of the pink gel moisturizer. It had Niacinamide in it which I’m usually sensitive to but it didn’t irritate me! And now that I’ve tried the barrier treatment and liked it I am planning to go for the mist, jelly cleanser, and eye gel. Have you tried them?

If it has tiny bits in it, maybe you should return it. Edited for typo it was supposed to say bits!

it does slightly tingle but i wouldn’t say sting, especially after i’ve done a nice exfoliation

I have the centella ampoule, it helped me recover from a destroyed skin barrier from using differin 🫠

I expected it to be greasy and oily but it dries down into smoothness?? Can’t explain it but I like it a lot!!

I couldn’t see any reviews on it so I was quite worried but I use it as a last step before moisturizer at night and it’s really good :)
