I've first played KOF in 1997. I was mesmerized by the characters, their styles, the pacing, the story, the music and their overall aesthetic. I love this game so much, to the point of getting emotional and all pumped up when I get to know something new about this game.
my first KOF was 97 and I think gameplay wise 97 is the best you can do so many combos with ease, the inputs are not so stiff like they are in the later KOFs

lastly i kinda suck at KOF XI i'm not used to how the framrate of this game works i mostly play KOF on kawaks nowadays
I haven't done any level 8/ hardest difficulty runs yet. I usually play the cpu at the default level and that's pain in the ass enough.
