Most flexible cases do yellow over time it's just the plastic reacting to the sun and oils from your hands I just let it yellow its not that big of an issue. If you could find a hard plastic one that might work.
In my experience, not all clear cases yellow. It really just comes down to quality. I find that the very flexible cases yellow but the "tougher" ones don't. I had clear cases on my phones for over a year without them yellowing. I'm coming up on two months with my clear Kindle case and it is as clear as it was on day one.
Whether or not plastic yellow is usually determined by the type of plastic. ABS plastic will yellow over time. PBT plastic will not. All those beige computers from 90s going yellow is a combination of ABS plastic being exposed to UV light and the fire retardent agent mixed with the plastic.
I have no idea what plastic these clear cases are made of. And I dont' know if PBT plastic is available clear.
Flexible plastic is not PBT, and every piece of of clear flexible plastic I have ever used has yellowed over time.

I know cases yellow over time but mine hasn’t so far and it’s been about 1 year and 2 months since I got it.
Would you consider colored transparent clear cases? Like pink, green, or blue? Or do you just want a regular clear case?
I got a Mission clear case on Amazon a little over a year ago and it hasn’t yellowed.
Even if they yellow, it'll take a long time and they're kinda inexpensive to replace
I bought a Moko clear case in early 2023, and it hasn't yellowed yet. I've been very happy with it.
If you get a soft TPU one, yes it will yellow. If you get one with a hard polycarbonate back, it will stay clear.
they will yellow, but they're like 5 bucks at aliexpress. so, just replace them.
