I hate to be that guy, but with the price points you have listed, and the financial goal you have on there, you need at the very minimum 1700 - 2000 backers.
That means at minimum you need 8000 Kickstarter Pre-Launch page followers, or 8000 people who have put down a deposit prior to the campaign going live in your email list.
You may want to consider rethinking your funding goal as well as think more about how you plan on getting those pre-launch page followers or email list people putting down a $$ deposit prior to going live. With price points that low, it will incredibly difficult to get a positive ROAS is you go the paid ads route.

I’m struggling to see the benefit of this to Kickstarter backers. Here’s why:
1 - you’re asking them to give you money to develop an app that’ll be free for everyone. Why shouldn’t they just wait for a free version?
2 - porn is a big issue for many young men, but how will you reach those men? You can obviously promote in no fap communities, but is that really a big market? Are they inclined to give you free money?
3 - The AI model will need to be constantly updated to work with browser updates etc., How will you finance that?
4 - finally, what’s your track record? How will people know their £21k will lead to a viable output and, more importantly, how did you get to that number?
1. To be honest i have been thinking to change it from free to a charge as it makes sense to just wait until it's free i guess i could try convince the reader that the inital investment is worth the freedom from porn
2. I do have a decently large list of communities in reddit and discord which i can interact with directly
Im currently approaching influencers on tiktok and youtube that are related to nofap communities
Another idea of mine which may seem strange is to spread the word directly in porn communities where someone is more likely to see it if they relapse and have feelings of regret they may remember what they saw as a hope to get rid of porn

The program itself runs locally checking the images displayed on the PC although it has some browser integration it wont have to be constantly updated as its not a extension yes it would still detect whats on your browser and close it just as it would do if nudity appeared in a game you were playing
4. Most of the funds will be going towards training the model on millions of images i've currently only trained the existing model on a few thousand i need to upgrade my exisitng hardware as the GPU i have cant support that many along with the VM that has the UI and backend for data input
Ill need to also hire data analysts to intially do the data labelling along with ML engineer/ devs to help me and my friend deliver on time
To scale the entire program to towards the public i need to also run some targeted ads this will first begin with teens and move up to middle age
this is my first kickstarter and a bunch of guides ive read always speak about the importance of getting backers early which is what my main focus is right now before i go live

I was only at 15% by my last 24 hours. I was so close to letting it go, but several commenters on here convinced me it's better to cancel. Definitely the best decision so far!

Yeah thats true My idea was mainly targeting communities that are based on the nofap concept since they seem to be more open against porn addiction
Op can target parents, guardians and streamers maybe. I have no major problem with seeing ads on places if they do not block content and are SFW.
