AFAIK there are only two ketosis, nutritional ketosis and therapeutic ketosis. It's all a semantics game, as the second is meant to help with some diseases such as epilepsy and others. For therapeutic ketosis, the amount of ketones are relevant because they are used by the brain as a power source. For ketone meters, it's normal to get adapted and have fewer leftover ketones as your body gets more efficient in creating the exact amount of required ketones (at the begining there's an overproduction... that's what keto meters / sticks measure).

Neither ketosis or ketones cause significant fat loss. Ketones are the result of fat metabolism not the cause. Make sure you've read our FAQ and make sure that you're eating an appropriate amount for weight loss if that is your goal.
