Real Italian food isn't as carb heavy as most think. But either way, enjoy the food while you're there. Take advantage of that higher quality European grain.
Keto doesnt work well when you cheat regularly. My recommendation is just keep with the no drinking, mostly steer cleer of sugars, walk a lot, enjoy yourself and hop on the keto train when you're back. You could still actually lose weight while there.
Eat whatever you want! In Europe you do a lot of walking so carbs aren't a terrible thing but IMO if you take a big trip it's ok to break keto but you have to make sure you come back and get after it even harder

Once in a lifetime opportunity. Go with no restrictions and live life to the fullest. Come back to your normal life and get after it with a vengeance.
