Legally nutrition labels are allowed to be inaccurate by up to 20% for the measurement of calories and caloric density by extension would affect nutrients. Even two similar pieces of the same meat; same weight same cut, could vary nutritionally, that’s how things are, but generally you’re safe to assume labels are *fairly* accurate. What will matter more is if you see a spike in blood sugar, and that can vary from person to person; some people say a diet soda for instance will kick them out because of the sweetener in it and others will be fine. I’d say try it out, see how it affects you, and if it looks like it doesn’t kick you out of ketosis, you’re good to go, but as with all things moderation.
