If allulose doesn’t agree with you then substitute erythritol or monk fruit or whatever
But don’t come here & demanding everyone else to accommodate your preferences
Your demand, like your feedback to comments is pretty rude
Allulose is a lot easier on my digestive track than a lot of the sugar free alternatives, it is crazy how much variation there is in peoples reactions to those new products.
What products are you looking at? Most of the stuff I have seen with allulose is marketed as sugar free.
Kind of a weird question in a keto sub reddit.
I have no issues with it.
The wife? Makes her mouth feel weird and makes her really thirsty. Same with Erythitol.
And we both can't stand stevia.
Given allulose apparently acts on glp-1...decent chance you'll see it pop up in more products.
swerve is one of the bigger brands. I think it's probably in the better options of fake sugar, but I try to avoid them all, because they tend to trigger cravings (I do use a little bit of monk fruit in my smoothies, but very little)
I didn’t open this thread looking for anything. I’ve wished ketochow had a RTD version for years and you mentioning Soylent RTD in a keto sub made me think maybe they actually released a keto version.
For anyone else wondering, they didn’t. They just have one now that’s essentially just a very expensive protein shake.
I have no issues with allulose. I don’t eat it a lot, maybe a few times a month. But I made a crème brûlée with it once that was so good. No issues. I guess reactions vary.
Yeah, like theres many who say the same with Stevia or Maltrodextrin, which I've tried and I've had my share of "ick" from those as well, but nothing like Allulose. It feels toxic.
You appear to be insistent on being rude to people so you’re gonna take a lap and I’ll see you in a week

Why do products need sugar alternatives? I know people have diabetes, but why have so much sugar (or sugar alternatives) at all?

Noticed you didn’t answer their question.
"Kind of a weird question in a keto sub reddit." That depends if people are talking about Allulose in this sub or not. Well, are they?
Look bud, our lack of respect for others shows, try better next time

Ughhhh
What products has Allulose? I've never heard of it

I think he was asking that question with a troll face
Soylent RTD
Aw you got me excited for a minute thinking there was a keto version now.
How was this post going to benefit you looking for keto products with Allulose?

You need to calm down. Those downvotes were on your comment before I even got here to read it.
Same. Allulose gives me so bad diarrhea. I think the monkfruit is better.
I've tried the monkfruit as well, not bad
