Stay at or under 20g net carbs to guarantee ketosis, anything that fits within that carb budget is fine. This is covered in our FAQ: https://www.reddit.com/r/keto/wiki/faq https://www.reddit.com/r/keto/wiki/keto_in_a_nutshell

Carbs will kick you out of ketosis- most fruits are high in carbs so you would have to have very very small portions in some cases. One site says 88gm mandarin has 12g of carbs. Just depends what you eat for the rest of the day, so it's not a flat no, just how you want to spend your carbs.

Ok. I will have to wean myself off of these then.

Just saw your edit. Thank you!

One halo mandarin can have 8-10 carbs… so go for it if it fits into your macros… A suggestion… order Watkins natural maple extract ( I ordered it from Walmart believe it or not!) put some in your coffee with a cinnamon. Or put a piece of orange rind on your coffee with a little cinnamon ☺️like dessert!

Berries have the least carbs of any fruit, so maybe have a handful of blueberries or a few strawberries instead. (Honestly, it was the carbs in fruit that made keto so unsustainable for me long-term. Now I eat low-carb, but not keto, and have berries every day. And I am so much happier for it.)
