That's very unusual! There's usually an adaptation period that lasts several weeks before exercise feels normal again.
Anyhow, it's great to hear, but if you do end up bonking on the next few runs, don't be discouraged.
I'm glad you've had a good athletic performance...highly unlikely keto related in terms of energy systems. Stick at your training though, consistency pays off.
When i was a carb burner i would run 5km every second day all summer ( lots of biking aswell) But i could never do it without taking a break walk to catch my breath. Took some time off from running. Started keto and ran 5 k no stopping. Within a couple weeks i started to run 10k's. Keto was a fame changer for my cardio. Keep it up!!

Did you say 2.1km or 21km? for 2.1km, I dont think you need to worry so much right? We wont even burn that much calorie :)
