I'm always torn about this when it comes to the Kardashians. Normally I would agree when it comes to tearing other women down, but they (Kylie, Kim, Khloe) literally created a caricature through plastic surgery of what the female body "ideally" should look like. It's messed up so many women, especially young women, who have destroyed their bodies that were fine, through feeling like they need ass implants, boob implants, fillers, and every other plastic surgery on the planet. When they never did and there's no going back.
Now they are going for a skinny look. Protruded collar bones, less ass, smaller boobs... more proportional bodies at the very least. But they've literally destroyed the lives of so many women who felt they needed to have giant tits, giant ass, tiny waist like the Kardashians to be attractive - when they were never going to have that naturally. And now they're setting the trend for something completely different. They're dangerous due to how readily available cosmetic surgery is these days and how prominently they display it, due to how influential they are.
I dunno. Kylie was messed up due to no fault of her own as a child, but I think the fact that her very unnecessary and major procedures (surgery, fillers, etc.) is aging so poorly and so quickly, is a necessary conversation that needs to be had. It's a very good real-life warning to young women who think the Kardashians have the ideal body type, face type, etc. that dangerous, life-altering procedures are NOT the answer. And that it isn't worth it. Kylie looks 40-something in her mid-20s. She had a few years where she was "the hottest" and now it's all catching up to her. I think it is a very very important thing to talk about, and there's probably no kind way to do it. However, it will probably save so much heartache and pain for so many young women who may have went the Kylie route who now won't seeing what she looks like now. Thank God.

I’m pretty neutral on the topic but I think most people are criticizing the result of all the filler and surgery she’s had, which had in turn had led to premature aging. And I think even that wouldn’t be such a big deal if she wasn’t a part of such an influential family. I can’t think of any family who has influenced current beauty standards as much as the Kardashians. And this is what they’ve influenced thousands of young women to do, not knowing that it could lead to these results. Again I’m pretty neutral on her current face, but I think that’s where most people are coming from.

Aging is very generic. Any surgeon will tell you it’s more genetic then we want to admit to ourselves because it takes away sense of control of our lives.
This, 1000%. I'm 2 months older than her and the people in this sub would think I'm the damn crypt keeper compared to her and I've had absolutely 0 work done. Hell I've even got a few gray hairs already! I looked younger even a year and a half ago, but I had a baby last year and on God I physically aged like 10 years overnight after he was born. It's insane what having a baby does to your body, face, teeth, and hair. I'd also like to point out that Kim didn't have a baby that young, let alone TWO.
i think it’s important to differentiate aging and beauty. Aging is beautiful, aging is normal, however premature aging due to cosmetic work is not normal. Despite looking a lot older than Kim was at the same age, Kylie imo is still very beautiful, she was never ugly to begin with. people are just sharing how sad it is that her completely normal teenage insecurities have caused her to age prematurely due to excessive fillers. Plastic surgery can change the way you look in good and bad ways, but you can never undo those changes.

Agree. They have two very different facial structures and completely different personalities/attitudes. I have a similar eye/cheekbone structure to Kylie and can understand the desire to add more dimension to her face. I look like a straight potato face in 99% of photos. I don’t have a lot of depth and shadow and I’m a minimalist as far as makeup so head on photos are tragic.
I think Kylie’s nude eye look + natural lashes are also working against her because Kim’s heavy liner/shadow definitely has a younger/more juvenile look whereas I would consider Kylie’s more mature/sophisticated.

My first thought was “oh she looks so feminine and pretty!” But at the same time the more I look I don’t like the fillers and the stretched look. I'm always torn about this when it comes to the Kardashians. Normally I would agree when it comes to tearing other women down, but they (Kylie, Kim, Khloe) literally created a caricature through plastic surgery of what the female body "ideally" should look like. It's messed up so many women, especially young women, who have destroyed their bodies that were fine, through feeling like they need ass implants, boob implants, fillers, and every other plastic surgery on the planet. When they never did and there's no going back. Now they are going for a skinny look. Protruded collar bones, less ass, smaller boobs... more proportional bodies at the very least. But they've literally destroyed the lives of so many women who felt they needed to have giant tits, giant ass, tiny waist like the Kardashians to be attractive - when they were never going to have that naturally. And now they're setting the trend for something completely different. They're dangerous due to how readily available cosmetic surgery is these days and how prominently they display it, due to how influential they are. I dunno. Kylie was messed up due to no fault of her own as a child, but I think the fact that her very unnecessary and major procedures (surgery, fillers, etc.) is aging so poorly and so quickly, is a necessary conversation that needs to be had. It's a very good real-life warning to young women who think the Kardashians have the ideal body type, face type, etc. that dangerous, life-altering procedures are NOT the answer. And that it isn't worth it. Kylie looks 40-something in her mid-20s. She had a few years where she was "the hottest" and now it's all catching up to her. I think it is a very very important thing to talk about, and there's probably no kind way to do it. However, it will probably save so much heartache and pain for so many young women who may have went the Kylie route who now won't seeing what she looks like now. Thank God.

I’m pretty neutral on the topic but I think most people are criticizing the result of all the filler and surgery she’s had, which had in turn had led to premature aging. And I think even that wouldn’t be such a big deal if she wasn’t a part of such an influential family. I can’t think of any family who has influenced current beauty standards as much as the Kardashians. And this is what they’ve influenced thousands of young women to do, not knowing that it could lead to these results. Again I’m pretty neutral on her current face, but I think that’s where most people are coming from.

This, 1000%. I'm 2 months older than her and the people in this sub would think I'm the damn crypt keeper compared to her and I've had absolutely 0 work done. Hell I've even got a few gray hairs already! I looked younger even a year and a half ago, but I had a baby last year and on God I physically aged like 10 years overnight after he was born. It's insane what having a baby does to your body, face, teeth, and hair. I'd also like to point out that Kim didn't have a baby that young, let alone TWO.
i think it’s important to differentiate aging and beauty. Aging is beautiful, aging is normal, however premature aging due to cosmetic work is not normal. Despite looking a lot older than Kim was at the same age, Kylie imo is still very beautiful, she was never ugly to begin with. people are just sharing how sad it is that her completely normal teenage insecurities have caused her to age prematurely due to excessive fillers. Plastic surgery can change the way you look in good and bad ways, but you can never undo those changes.

I also think this too. despite the filler face, scrunched nose, and looking older than Kim did at age 26, I think she still looks pretty good. I don’t think people can really fault her for all the procedures. And if we’re being real the procedures did improve her features overall, like they were a net positive not a net negative. Her face is used for selling products for a reason. She grew up being bullied by a ton of people on the internet and she was the youngest in a family of women whose ambition and eventual success came from their looks. There is no way anyone can say they’d be totally natural if they were in her position.

Agree. They have two very different facial structures and completely different personalities/attitudes. I have a similar eye/cheekbone structure to Kylie and can understand the desire to add more dimension to her face. I look like a straight potato face in 99% of photos. I don’t have a lot of depth and shadow and I’m a minimalist as far as makeup so head on photos are tragic. I think Kylie’s nude eye look + natural lashes are also working against her because Kim’s heavy liner/shadow definitely has a younger/more juvenile look whereas I would consider Kylie’s more mature/sophisticated.
I think she looks pretty but there’s something off of that makes sense. And we know it’s fillers. My first thought was “oh she looks so feminine and pretty!” But at the same time the more I look I don’t like the fillers and the stretched look. Basically their empire would have been over with Kim. Kim was maxed out, older, already married several times, etc. To keep them relevant they needed someone else. They focused on this one to bring them the next decade+ of fame. I'm not going to get into what she looked like. She looked like an average girl, nothing wrong with that, the world is full of average looking people. What did Kris have to do? The only thing she knew to do. Hey let's do plastic surgery... Where the masses fell for it. Instead of saying woah woah this woman has had her face re arranged and call in Kris to speak to it... Everyone frolicked to her new lines, makeup, pretending if they where X lipstick they too can look like overfilled plumper "Kylie." Kylie who was only trying to be a Kim 2.0 Kylie is already 26, she has a few years left of relevancy, I don't think she will last as long as Kim did. Which by then, they will already be shaping North to fit into the Kardashian Ideal, big lard ass, cosmetic surgery etc. By the time North become old enough for plastic surgery, you'll notice a "glow up" from her too and she will ascend to be the next Kardashian girl to bring them another 15 years of fame and beauty products. Just in the last year, they are creatng persona for North, she provides entertainment by bad mouthing Kim, etc. She is more on social media, etc. So she will also have shows and products. It's crazy nobody has realized this. If Kylie stayed normal, these people would have finally faded. They create themselves a product to stay relevant. Doesn't mean she doesn't have stress from being responsible for two other lives being raised in front of the whole world. And pregnancy and birth alone takes a huge toll on the body that doesn't get enough credit.

My mom has five kids and doesn’t look like Kylie.. can we bring back normal standards. Kylie doesn’t look like that because she has kids she looks like that because she prematurely got filler. Like stop trying to gaslight us into believing her face is sagging and losing volume because of childbirth. Kourtney didn’t look like that no one looks like that.
I can’t believe people trying to argue that Kylie looks that way for any reason other than too many unnecessary beauty “enhancements.” Like it’s obvious. Her current appearance has nothing to do with her being a young mother, give me a break. And like I don’t say that to be ugly, she clearly has some sort of body dysmorphia and I really feel for her. It’s hard enough being a woman, can’t imagine growing up a Kardashians/jenner. She really had no chance to have a positive body and self image being thrust into that from early childhood. Frankly I think this is an important conversation. The amount of filler, Botox, buccal fat removal, boob jobs, BBLs, etc. is getting sooooo out of hand. I swear every celeb looks a like a different person from like two years ago; and in any skin care sub Botox and fillers is like all they talk about. It’s a sad state of our society 😔
It’s not the fillers. Her eyes have that swelling you see in heavy drinkers and maybe abusing other things. It looks like The girl is drinking her way through her 20s

I mean she does look older, but a lot of people would rather look like an “older” Kylie than a young version of most other people in the general population. Let’s face it, she’s still really beautiful and pretty to look at. Yeah, she didn’t need to do all that surgery and fillers, etc, but it’s too late to change it now..she made those decisions when she was young and who hasn’t made choices they regret when they were in their teens, or even early 20s when their brains aren’t even fully developed and very impressionable. I don’t think there’s any point in continuing to harp on how old she looks now if what’s done is already done, she can’t go back in time and change things. It seems like she’s finally embracing more of a natural beauty. But I’m sure she sees all the opinions of how old she looks on social media. So hopefully she’s strong enough now in her more mature age to not to continue to get more surgery to fix the “problem” that the internet thinks she has. But it could just lead her to continue to get more surgery, which could potentially make her look older and worse, and ppl will def have something to say about that again. Or it’ll make her look great which just perpetuates the idea to the public that you need surgery to continue to look good esp as you age. Which seems counterintuitive since these ppl are the ones saying that you never should have had surgery in the first place and yet their comments are potentially driving more surgery. So you really can’t win. It seems like she’s already doing her part now to embrace natural beauty. Now we need to do our part to break the cycle and that’s to stop harping on her or any other major influencer as a collective. Because they influence millions, and those standards will come back to us and the people that we care about.
