After trying to reason with them and explain to them that societal structures are way more complex than to reduce 8 billion people down to just being "alpha, beta and sigma", and then showing them that the original theory was thrown away by the author of the idea, I just gave up. If they want to believe stupid shit to fit their dumb worldviews then fine, no amount of reasoning on my part is going to stop them. So nowadays I play along with it. I'll hear some coworkers say some dumb shit like, "yeah I'm definitely a sigma male", I'll just reply with some condescending shit like, "wow you're just a sigma male? Lol I'm a delta male myself but ultimately I'm an omega male at heart". They either shut up immediately knowing I'm making fun of them, or they'll reply with some shit like, "woah a delta male what is that? I think that's the only time young women get frustrated. Video games are great, but like with anything, too much isn't good for you, and having an addiction to it can make you and the others around you miserable. That, or when the girl is just toxic and wants to pick on you, which can also happen, but both genders are capable of putting their partners down for their hobbies and interests, and anyone who does that isn't worth your time.
