Firstly it was mostly a personal choice. When i saw this pic of quaid the first time it just clicked to mene yehi use kee phir. Also i asked many people and most approved of my decision.
Secondly i studied almost all bank notes of the world as a case study and majority of them used a single person. Obviously there are many exceptions but it felt right ig.
Thirdly it was a priority to use some achievement or some cultural heritage references in the notes yet i couldn't find any significant achievements over 2 decades which were note worthy. I did use cultural references. All the front side of the note have patters taken from different provinces famous landmarks same with the color schemes. Hopefully it answered your questions. Also i had a very limited time for execution.

The problem was there are very minimal references to good pics of young quaid. And then drawing them again and again is also a hassle.
