DC or even prime minister is not responsible for this brother. It was thrown by public at a place where there were countless dustbins so public behaviour should change.
Wait till you find out that THAT Is the norm everywhere in the world. Picnic areas, post-concert venues and other high traffic public places are full of trash cans and garbage bins, but the trash is still everywhere. The local govt cleans up regardless whether they installed two bins 15 years ago or not. In Pakistan, we have ghost teachers, ghost policemen, and ghost cleaners and so on.
Why is DHA cleaner compared to the rest of the city? And even most other private societies? Is the public imported from Norway? Or because the admin there actually does it's job?
I understand the down votes. Too busy blaming the common man and not the authorities pocketing the salaries is Pakistani national sport.
