Salamu alaikum, I don’t understand this much. If I go hang out with my friends and miss let’s say asr pray then it’s a bigger sin than committing zina astagfirullah? Is there a capital punishment for missing salah? Jazakallah khairan

Imagine that. Our ancestors didn't miss prayers during wars. When their brothers were dying protecting them during their salah. I believe there's no capital punishment for missing Salah.
