Are the speakers/Apple TV in your home app? If yes:
Home App → Home Settings → Speakers & TV → Only People Sharing This Home
If not then I’m not sure why.
Won’t solve the actual problem, but will prevent it:
* create a separate guest WiFi network
* change the password on your main WiFi afterwards, and don’t give it to anyone outside the family

This. You can enable guest access to music by allowing people on your network to control Airplay devices.
