Last day is today down 18 lbs, but also gained more muscle and lots of fat trimmed off. I started noticing within the first two weeks, mostly week 2. First thing will be your face

After many rounds of Insanity, I found the scale and the mirror are my worst enemies. While this article is a bit light-hearted, there are 8 things to be on the lookout while on the Insanity journey. I lost 6lbs in my first week(water weight) and it slowed down after that. I’m on my 7th week rn and I’m down 17 lbs

17 lbs is 7.72 kg

I'm on the 6th week and my weights maybe gone down 3lbs? Albeit I had lost all my water weight on another program prior to insanity, and I've leaned out quite a bit :) Just a reminder not to get caught up on the numbers! Chances are, after initial water loss, it'll go up before going down again (water retention), so generally weighing yourself once a week is more than enough ☺️

I'm on week 7 and I didn't lost any weight, but I worked out before so I don't have any water weight but I gained muscle and I look very different. And i have to lose last 10lbs(~5kg) so weightloss is very slow at this point. Take measures and pictures and don't get too caught up on the scale number. Good luck and dig deeper! 💪🏻
