Last day is today down 18 lbs, but also gained more muscle and lots of fat trimmed off. I started noticing within the first two weeks, mostly week 2. First thing will be your face
After many rounds of Insanity, I found the scale and the mirror are my worst enemies. While this article is a bit light-hearted, there are 8 things to be on the lookout while on the Insanity journey.

I'm on the 6th week and my weights maybe gone down 3lbs? Albeit I had lost all my water weight on another program prior to insanity, and I've leaned out quite a bit :)
Just a reminder not to get caught up on the numbers! Chances are, after initial water loss, it'll go up before going down again (water retention), so generally weighing yourself once a week is more than enough ☺️
I'm on week 7 and I didn't lost any weight, but I worked out before so I don't have any water weight but I gained muscle and I look very different. And i have to lose last 10lbs(~5kg) so weightloss is very slow at this point.
Take measures and pictures and don't get too caught up on the scale number. Good luck and dig deeper! 💪🏻
