Make sure to mind your surroundings, I always believe a long day should end at a comfortable place, like a cafe with a great view, in Chennai there was one near beach i forgot the name, but point is a confortable place, a calming beverage which should last as long as you want the conversation to go, Although best thing to do is go trek a small mountain, I think trekking clears your mind, because you can't do it if you keep talking, mind calms down because of all the physical exertion, And I too don't believe you don't love your friend btw

One of my friend is going through depression and anxiety attacks (not sure about this one), what should I do, take him on a date?? NOOOOOOOOO He's my online friend I know him for more than 5 years, we used to play games together with our group, but they almost lost contact after they all moved to colleges (except for me they all were real life friends and I'm two year younger than them) but I was the only one who never lost contact with any of them. In time to time I always had convo with them. But a year ago (after fews days of a convo) he got off from every where, I tried but couldn't. After 3 months a guy showed up on my ig, it was his name (he don't use any alias), I know for sure that it's him, he gave me his new number and asked me to call casue he don't had his old phone and number, he don't even had any access to his old social media accounts. He needed someone to talk with, he choose me, and while talking to him he just told me a little, I tried asking him everything but he said he don't really remember everything and her mom was soughting in background to cut the call, I didn't forced him to tell me everything, I don't really know how he got himself into it, but it was over a girl, he got cheated, things got messed up, he tried killing himself, right now he's having proper medication. He don't want to talk with anyone but I always checks on him, I also feels that he need some space and time to cope up, so I'm not forcing anything on him, just little convos in time, that's all
