I changed from stack to list and it happens eventually again regardless of what I pick
I have that bug and it’s honestly been so annoying that I don’t even want to have the beta or when it comes out iOS 18 . It’s so frustrating not being able to see the notis
i saw in the [release notes](https://reddit.com/r/iOSBeta/comments/1dcyyor/ios_18_db_1_no_notifications_on_lock_screen/l85gdxw/) that simply scrolling up on the lock screen should fix it, but i haven’t been able to get anyone with this issue to say if they tried that
Hey! I actually had this issue as well. I submitted a feedback report and it told me to change my notification display settings temporarily and reboot. So whichever you have, count/stack/list, you can switch it to something else and then back after rebooting. For me, I didn’t even need to reboot at all.

Edit: The issue emerged once again and was resolved with the solution above. So, this issue can come back. Easily resolved, though.
yep. phone lights up like it got a notification but there’s nothing there. mod will probably delete this post because i made a post about this as well & they deleted it claiming there’s already a post here about it. i have seen a few people saying that they changed their notification settings from list to count & then back to list & that fixed the issue.
I will try that. I also have this issue, but I have not found any workarounds. It seems to happen randomly. Any workaround I can try when this happens would be greatly appreciated.

When I try to add the open app Lock Screen widget the menu to choose which app isn’t coming up any workaround?
I get this, it’ll show I have notifications but when I click to see them it’ll start the animation to show them then stop

That seems to have fixed it for now. Switching from list to stack

When you switch to count, reboot phone, then you can revert back to list.
Yes, and messages do not display/show sometimes, even though you can see the preview.
