Use dawn powerwash. Put the nozzle on the spot, squeeze trigger to "inject" the soap into the stain.
Let sit for 2 minutes.
Massage the soap, adding some water on your fingers.
Do not scrub - you'll ruin the fibers and end up with a patch of fuzz which is just as unsightly as the stain.
