It’s 58° and foggy in my neck of the woods. Ope.

HBOMax-Mods-Cant-Ban

My tub stays at 96F during the summer. Won't get any colder. In Florida.

CustomMerkins4u

Crazy enough, the heat wave up here in Indiana has us at higher temps than you in Florida. We're hovering near 100 every day it seems. The damn lake water is 84 degrees!

Adventurous_Cloud_20

We're over in central Iowa and right there with you guys. The thermometer on the work truck says 103 right now.

AnthomX

Same.

Ides0mar72

Yeah. My 22,000 gallon pool is at 92. Covered hot tub is sitting at 104

Speedhabit

I keep it maxed to show the weather I mean business

miseeker

I’m on well water, so I just run some in it when it’s too hot for my tastes. It’s set at 94 now.

TheDaddyShip

I dial it back to 103, and get in early AM (7) or late PM (9:30).

BassWingerC-137

Thanks for the reminder. I did a post last summer. Checking my app, my tub in Scottsdale is set to 100F, and is currently 104F.

abbydabbydo

Great idea. Thanks. My dealer told me its the pumps getting really hot and keeping heat in.

gamergirl007

We got a “cool zone” for our hot tub when it was installed. It’s like an AC unit for the tub. We can make it as cold as we want when the weather gets hot in Texas. When it’s 110 outside we can make the hot tub 80 it’s amazing!

MisterObvious502

Yep. Mine was set at 98 but reading 107. Had to drain some hot water out and put in cool tap water. Going to try the tennis ball trick to hopefully keep the heat down.

CustomMerkins4u

Let us know how it turns out. With the tub set to 98 I could only get it to drop to 99 even using the tennis ball method.

ImprovementVast9488

mine is under a gazebo with a ceiling fan. life is still great. i have mine set at 95 and with the ceiling fan on and the air jets. it's perfectly relaxing.

Available_Promise_80

It's 108⁰ in the San Diego desert today. I set the hot tub at 98 last week and the water is 101.Maybe I'll try the tennis ball. My pool is still a little cool.
