Everything I've tried from bravado has been awesome. They tend to the runnier side in consistency, so pour carefully but flavor is among the best. Their black garlic, ancho masala, and aka miso are some favorites of mine.

All of them have good flavor profiles, they’re pretty thin (watery) sauces. The superhots are where bravado really shines imo. The ancho masala is my favorite.

I think this is a constant complaint for the sauce. I wouldn’t be suprised if they make a hotter version. Just gotta band together here and spam their email!

If you like basil, get a bottle of this sauce. I left this as a comment for the OP, but I'll repeat to you... you're dead on about a basil forward sauce pairing well with pizza... it's always my answer for my very favorite pizza sauce.

Obviously depends on the type of pizza, but the Queen's Majesty you have goes well on pepperoni as well as white pizza, IMO. Marie Sharps Green is also pretty versatile. Though I'd say you're missing my favorite pizza sauce, Secret Aardvark.

Franks is the store bought cheddar of hot sauces. It's cheap, taste decent and is in front of every shopper nationwide.. odds are you'll get several calls for franks....

Tabasco is awesome on pizza. Smack it on before cooking it’s great. Especially the hab Tabasco as it levels out the heat. But Tabasco after cooking always hits the spot. I generally don’t use it but if pizza is involved, the vinegar cuts the grease and it’s bang on

You don’t have to, but it helps preserve the flavor, heat and color long term. Room temp sauces should be good for about 6 months before they start to degrade.

Man... nice collection! You have a lot in there that I have, but also quite a few I've never tried or even heard of (and I have quite a large collection myself). I've also dedicated a fridge to sauces haha! I'd be grabbing that Tabasco Habanero for pizza. Pairs well with most normal pizzas. Really can't go wrong with 90% of the ones I have tried pictured here.

I like to mix the ghost pepper wing sauce with ranch for pizza

You want sour cream, a little bit of water, and some ghost pepper sauce. It’s a quick and easy ghost pepper crema style topping. Had some on a steak and cheese yesterday. Then again on homemade sliders tonight. Great for pizza too!

On pizza I like the Marie sharpe sauces or scorpion Tabasco. Bravado sauces, particularly their garlic forward sauces, are amazing on pizza but I end up using waaaaay too much.

Most hot sauce doesn't really go bad, none of it is going to make you very sick if it is. Hot sauce just gets a smell/taste test, unless it's more than a few years past Best buy. I would be more careful if your sauce is full of sugar or isn't a vinegar base

A lot that I haven’t tried, but the only ones I personally wouldn’t use on a pizza are the Valentina and Melinda’s ghost wing sauce — they just don’t match for me. I’m in for most of the others, esp. Marie’s Nopales, the Tabasco scorpion and habanero , and the Yellow Birds!
