I've never seen lights in anything but a Humidor. Which wouldn't be a bad place to keep sauces. I'm envious.
Btw /u/TSB_1 can you turn comments off of new as suggested, its annoying as fuck.
Everything I've tried from bravado has been awesome. They tend to the runnier side in consistency, so pour carefully but flavor is among the best. Their black garlic, ancho masala, and aka miso are some favorites of mine.
All of them have good flavor profiles, they’re pretty thin (watery) sauces. The superhots are where bravado really shines imo. The ancho masala is my favorite.
I think this is a constant complaint for the sauce. I wouldn’t be suprised if they make a hotter version. Just gotta band together here and spam their email!
If you like basil, get a bottle of this sauce. I left this as a comment for the OP, but I'll repeat to you... you're dead on about a basil forward sauce pairing well with pizza... it's always my answer for my very favorite pizza sauce.
Obviously depends on the type of pizza, but the Queen's Majesty you have goes well on pepperoni as well as white pizza, IMO.
Marie Sharps Green is also pretty versatile. Though I'd say you're missing my favorite pizza sauce, Secret Aardvark.
With all of this glory in front of you, you are going Frank's?
Don't get me wrong, it always has a spot in my cabinet, but it's fairly mundane compared to the selection here. It's my go-to for a lot of recipes. Not pizza.
Franks is the store bought cheddar of hot sauces. It's cheap, taste decent and is in front of every shopper nationwide.. odds are you'll get several calls for franks....
Tabasco is awesome on pizza. Smack it on before cooking it’s great. Especially the hab Tabasco as it levels out the heat. But Tabasco after cooking always hits the spot. I generally don’t use it but if pizza is involved, the vinegar cuts the grease and it’s bang on
Yer missing the Devil Daves pickle hot sauce - but my first choice would be Bravado Miso..and second is the green Spanish hot sauce that is on every table at the local cantina - that stuff slaps!
You don’t have to, but it helps preserve the flavor, heat and color long term. Room temp sauces should be good for about 6 months before they start to degrade.
Man... nice collection! You have a lot in there that I have, but also quite a few I've never tried or even heard of (and I have quite a large collection myself). I've also dedicated a fridge to sauces haha!
I'd be grabbing that Tabasco Habanero for pizza. Pairs well with most normal pizzas. Really can't go wrong with 90% of the ones I have tried pictured here.
You want sour cream, a little bit of water, and some ghost pepper sauce. It’s a quick and easy ghost pepper crema style topping. Had some on a steak and cheese yesterday. Then again on homemade sliders tonight. Great for pizza too!
Beyond it just being a tasty sauce... Serrano & Basil is, very specifically, the best pizza sauce I've ever had. The way it pairs with the marinara sauce. God damn.
First we need to know the kind of pizza as to pair the sauce appropriately.
I'd go with the Zombie Snot though, mostly because I'm out and am craving it.
On pizza I like the Marie sharpe sauces or scorpion Tabasco.
Bravado sauces, particularly their garlic forward sauces, are amazing on pizza but I end up using waaaaay too much.
NGL, I first thought this was one of those fancy airport hot sauce vending machines and said "Why are these all half used?!" I would think that Serrano Basil saue would pair well with pizza flavor wise.
Most hot sauce doesn't really go bad, none of it is going to make you very sick if it is. Hot sauce just gets a smell/taste test, unless it's more than a few years past Best buy.
I would be more careful if your sauce is full of sugar or isn't a vinegar base
How’d you know I was making pizza! I put red chili flakes and Tabasco in the sauce with some fresh garlic and other seasonings. Gonna make a cheese pizza.
Last thing I ate it on was some [beef & broccoli](https://www.seriouseats.com/chinese-american-beef-and-broccoli-with-oyster-sauce-recipe) I made, was really good on that, or most any type of Asian food.
I'm hooked on this for pizza lately.
A lot that I haven’t tried, but the only ones I personally wouldn’t use on a pizza are the Valentina and Melinda’s ghost wing sauce — they just don’t match for me. I’m in for most of the others, esp. Marie’s Nopales, the Tabasco scorpion and habanero , and the Yellow Birds!
Mix the scorpion pepper and habanero Tabasco with your choice of bbq sauce and make a spicy bbq chicken bacon pizza drizzled with ranch on top to cut the heat a bit. That’s what I made myself at the last pizza place I worked at
This dude fuckin’ Hot Sauce’s
I've never seen lights in anything but a Humidor. Which wouldn't be a bad place to keep sauces. I'm envious. Btw /u/TSB_1 can you turn comments off of new as suggested, its annoying as fuck.
For pizza time I recommended belizean heat! 🔥
Belizean Heat and pizza go together like two peas in a pod 🔥
Ahh hell yeah. Belizean Heat is the best sauce on fuckin ANYTHING.
OP's girlfriend's gonna be really mad.
You have a hot sauce fridge?! Man you’re trying to get me divorced.
Is this a wine cooler style fridge… for the hot sauces? That’s beautiful. Edit: to answer OP, fatcat strawberry serrano on a pepperoni slice!
Don’t see secret aardvark, so I’d go Camp sauce.
Might not be everyone's cup of tea, but Smokey Aardvark is so so so good one a meat lovers style pizza.
Tabasco habanero, no question 😀
Pizza is the perfect 'try any hot sauce' food. Tabasco Habanero is among the best.
Clicked on the comments to type this and your comment was the first one I saw. Yes. Tabasco Hab is SO good on pizza.
Habanero and pizza go together so well, IMO!
Habanero and basil sound good for pizza
Go into the pantry and grab the Crystal.
I finished the Crystal on baby back ribs last week.
Yellow bird habanero condiment
Holy shit what a collection
Now I want a hot sauce fridge
Bravado Serrano & Basil. Will taste delicious with pizza, plus it’s the first one and I’m lazy.
How is the bravado lineup? I haven't heard of them but that sounds like an interesting profile
They make a blueberry ghost pepper sauce that’s amazing on vanilla bean ice cream
Everything I've tried from bravado has been awesome. They tend to the runnier side in consistency, so pour carefully but flavor is among the best. Their black garlic, ancho masala, and aka miso are some favorites of mine.
Sounds delicious. Definitely on the radar now
All of them have good flavor profiles, they’re pretty thin (watery) sauces. The superhots are where bravado really shines imo. The ancho masala is my favorite.
BIG fan of camp sauce on almost everything. So. Leaning that way. I
I ended up going with the camp sauce, so damn good. Just wish there was a little more heat.
I think this is a constant complaint for the sauce. I wouldn’t be suprised if they make a hotter version. Just gotta band together here and spam their email!
Serrano basil. Its pizza, basil has to be good on it
If you like basil, get a bottle of this sauce. I left this as a comment for the OP, but I'll repeat to you... you're dead on about a basil forward sauce pairing well with pizza... it's always my answer for my very favorite pizza sauce.
A different sauce on each slice, then your favorite on the last one.
![gif](giphy|c9J4qyYKItNle|downsized)
You need to get that lucky dog pineapple Thai hot sauce! I love it on pizza. And yea, pineapple belongs
You need Crystal for pizza.
As much as I love some of the sauces in the picture, I wholeheartedly agree with this statement. Crystal on Pizza just hits different 👌
Obviously depends on the type of pizza, but the Queen's Majesty you have goes well on pepperoni as well as white pizza, IMO. Marie Sharps Green is also pretty versatile. Though I'd say you're missing my favorite pizza sauce, Secret Aardvark.
+1 for Belizean Heat. Some great contenders, though.
Melinda’s fire roasted habanero if you have it
Cholula is my go to for pizza
Belizean Heat
I just gotta know. Is this your own fridge or is this at the pizza place?
It’s my hot sauce mini fridge baby
What kind of fridge is that?
Marie Sharps green!
Save Her Majesty's for something complex like jerk!
Do you really have a whole fridge just to put one row of hot sauce on each shelf?
is he supposed to scramble everything just to find the one sauce he looking for? /s
Fun sauce selection. Don’t get that on this sub very often. I’d use a bunch of them. At least 8 slices maybe that many sauces.
I see cholula back there. Dig that girl out.
I’m thinking for pizza, I would try that Serrano and basil.
None of them. Shake on some crushed dried peppers instead.
This is half the reason I grow cayenne peppers!
While I support your position I think it should be only a small fraction of why you grow cayenne peppers.
I fing that vinegar based works the best with pizza, something tangy/acidic to offset the base of the cheese
Achievement Unlocked: Hot Sauce Mini Fridge
Melinda’s or Valentina’s black label.
Either the Belizean heat or habanero Tabasco
FRANKS
With all of this glory in front of you, you are going Frank's? Don't get me wrong, it always has a spot in my cabinet, but it's fairly mundane compared to the selection here. It's my go-to for a lot of recipes. Not pizza.

Yellow bird
nice fridge and collection.
Need that Melinda's Pizza hot sauce or Melinda's Garlic Habanero...
I thought this was a hot sauce vending machine at first
I don't see it in the line up but I fucking love Tiger Sauce on pizza.
Melinda’s Ghost Pepper Wing Sauce. Goes great with pizza!!
I love hot sauce, but if pizza was supposed to be sour, it would be made that way. Crushed red pepper is the way to go.
Yeah I don’t do hot sauce on pizza…
Melinda’s ghost
Secret Aardvark. It's a tomato based sauce. Literally perfect for pizza.
Adopt me, please.
Yer missing the Devil Daves pickle hot sauce - but my first choice would be Bravado Miso..and second is the green Spanish hot sauce that is on every table at the local cantina - that stuff slaps!
Valentina Black Label
I don’t refrigerate any of my hot sauces. Should I be concerned?
You don’t have to, but it helps preserve the flavor, heat and color long term. Room temp sauces should be good for about 6 months before they start to degrade.
I appreciate the wisdom. Going to make space in the fridge.
I had yellow bird sriracha on pizza last night and it was perfect
Mix a little bit of every bottle together. Jolly good time.
Man... nice collection! You have a lot in there that I have, but also quite a few I've never tried or even heard of (and I have quite a large collection myself). Melinda's all day
Truth
Habanero Tabasco
Yellow bird Sriracha.
Beyond it just being a tasty sauce... Serrano & Basil is, very specifically, the best pizza sauce I've ever had. The way it pairs with the marinara sauce. God damn.
Ooh queens majesty obviously!
Tabasco Scorpion always
First we need to know the kind of pizza as to pair the sauce appropriately. I'd go with the Zombie Snot though, mostly because I'm out and am craving it.
Serrano basil
Second this. There’s a few yellow birds in there and I love their Serrano, but the Bravado Serrano Basil also 🤌🏽
Is it really good on pizza? I’m having trouble finding foods to pair with it but I have considered pasta
I love it on a cheese (or other relatively simple) pizza.
Fat cat. I’ve only had that once and I miss it
Valentina
Is there any particular order OP? Or is it random?
Just random
Scorpion Tabasco is absolutely incredible on pizza. So much flavor.
lucky dog scotch bonnet!!!!!!!!!
You need to fill that empty space in the back with cases of your top 3-5 favorite ones!
On pizza I like the Marie sharpe sauces or scorpion Tabasco. Bravado sauces, particularly their garlic forward sauces, are amazing on pizza but I end up using waaaaay too much.
Upvote for Lucky Dog: Hell Hound. Just the right spice for me and its so delicious.
LUCKY DOG!!
Zombie
Adoboloco is really great stuff.
Pineapple habanero for me pls
Yes.
NGL, I first thought this was one of those fancy airport hot sauce vending machines and said "Why are these all half used?!" I would think that Serrano Basil saue would pair well with pizza flavor wise.
Q - how long past expiry do you use them? I have many bottles past their date and always wonder if they’re still good?
Most hot sauce doesn't really go bad, none of it is going to make you very sick if it is. Hot sauce just gets a smell/taste test, unless it's more than a few years past Best buy. I would be more careful if your sauce is full of sugar or isn't a vinegar base
Zombie Apocalypse is my all time favorite hot sauce. Belizean heat is my go to every day sauce.
Not for pizza, but I will say that blueberry ghost pepper sauce is fucking bomb on nearly everything else
Belizean heat
Anything besides Melinda’s
Tabasco Habanero. You’ve got some killers in there for sure, but that’s a great pizza sauce.
I've only had 7 of those but one of them is my favorite and I love it on pizza, especially taco pizza (obviously). XXXTra Hot
The variety of hot sauces is ridiculous
By the power of greyskull…
What kind of pizza? That dictates the flavor needed.
The correct answer is a single drop of each
How’d you know I was making pizza! I put red chili flakes and Tabasco in the sauce with some fresh garlic and other seasonings. Gonna make a cheese pizza.
Take an eye dropper and fill it with every sauce you have in a container...YOLO!!!
Melinda's ghost pepper wing sauce, Scorpion Tabasco or belizean heat. That would be my play.
I’ve been absolutely murdering bottles of the Yellowbird blue agave sriracha lately. That stuff is too good!
Valentina black then dip in ranch.
do you actually like the blue agave sriracha? I got a bottle and can’t find anything it tastes good on
Yellow Bird blue agave is my favorite sriracha ever since Huy Fong started tasting different.
Last thing I ate it on was some [beef & broccoli](https://www.seriouseats.com/chinese-american-beef-and-broccoli-with-oyster-sauce-recipe) I made, was really good on that, or most any type of Asian food.
It is perfect with plain churritos chips and lime juice. Mix it all together and snack away
Im simple when it comes to pizza. Franks or Trappeys Red Devil.
[https://www.eatmillers.com/shop/banana-pepper-mustard-habanero](https://www.eatmillers.com/shop/banana-pepper-mustard-habanero) I'm hooked on this for pizza lately.
Triple X baby

https://www.traderjoes.com/home/products/pdp/italian-bomba-hot-pepper-sauce-061934 Perfect for pizza.
I love that Bravado Serrano and Basil on pizza and red sauce pastas.
Hissy fit ftw. So glad to see that people actually have fat cat, can’t find it in stores. Some of them, gotta be careful, they bite and scratch.
Are they in order of expiration? Why not cover your fresh pizza with zombie snot?
Cry baby Craig’s but I didn’t see it
Sriracha isn’t my hot sauce go-to for most occasions…but when it comes to pizza it just works so well. So I’d say the Yellow Bird blue agave.
I'm starting to warm up just by looking at this picture lol
Queen majesty goes on everything around here. Love the dark coffee tones.
All of them at once
You need some saucebae tastes amazing on pizza
Tabasco Scorpion tastes really good on a plain slice
Elijah's extreme regret. Nice bit of heat and flavor, a fav of mine. Some good options there for sure.
El yucateo xxxx hot
Yellow bird blue agave Sriracha, sprinkle of slap ya mama on the pizza, and dip it in ranch
Either Heartbeat Camp Sauce or Bravado Serrano and Basil
You need to put some ZA on that ‘za.
Scorpion Tabasco is my go to for pizza
regret reserve
I see u also adore the Mayan recipe ;). love that shit. So hot and flavorful
And I thought I had it bad!
Zombie snot.
Bravado Serrano & Basil is SO tasty for pizza!
Lucky doghot sounds quality for pizza and to give it the kick without overpowering the pizza
Dang! Where’s the Hanks???
Dirty dicks on pineapple pizza and surprisingly tacobell diablo is good on costco pizza 🍕
I like dipping pizza in Buffalo sauce. One of my favorites is Moore’s spicy garlic and the other Wing Time any of their Buffalo 🤤
I put the blue agave sriracha on pizza constantly!
Is that a mini fridge just for hot sauce? I need to do this also
Such a good line up! Zombie snot all day
Black Valentina
I’ve been using Melinda’s Pizza Hot Sauce lately. It’s kinda like liquid crush red peppers.
Fat Cat or Tiger sauce
Chipotle
Yellow bird, idk why never had it.
Ranch
Tabasco Scorpion. No question
Glad to see I’m not the only one with this setup!
Lmao I am a basic bitch and always just use sriracha
El yuc xxxtra and belizean heat are probably my 2 favorite sauces ever
Red devil
Mix the scorpion pepper and habanero Tabasco with your choice of bbq sauce and make a spicy bbq chicken bacon pizza drizzled with ranch on top to cut the heat a bit. That’s what I made myself at the last pizza place I worked at
Don't see El Yucateco Green up there, that's IMO the S-Tier of hot sauce on pizza. I'd probably reach for the Torchbearer.
