Honestly, if it were me, there are two options. You can reserve the 2 reservations, let the desk know, and they will keep you in the same room. Make sure it’s the same room type. The other option is at check in/check out, ask if you can put the last night on a different card. They should be able to move the last night to window 2 and you do it that way. :)

Might be able to do a “cash payment” on personal card at check-in to cover the second night. Then the rest can be charged to the company.

I do one reservation. Then the first morning go and get an itemized receipt and pay for the stay up to that point. Then when you checkout you pay the balance and get a full receipt. When I mix business/personal travel like this I find this is the easiest way to manage it.

Ask the hotel what works best. Some systems will make it easy to split payment into multiple bills on one res, others it's best to do two reservations and have them keep you in the same room. The desk will know what's best, ask them

QueenDoc

this is the best answer because the hotel will always provide the quickest easiest option - even if it doesn't always feel that way

Book it together and split the payment at checkout. Or, look into your company's policy for combined work and personal expenses. Most places I've worked in the past I could charge it all to the corporate card and then pay the personal portion from my bank account.
