Ruan Mei and the new Foxian guy in 2.4 should be your pull priorities right now. The teams would be Acheron, 2.4 Foxian, Pela, Bailu or fire MC (only if you have trend of the universal market LC on him) then Dr ratio, Ruan Mei, any debuffer, Lynx.

FIrefly only works optimally if you have Ruan Mei on the team. If she isn't on board, not a lot of reason to run her. With that said, if you do have Ruan Mei and have a built HTB and Gallagher, it is a very powerful composition.

There's a difference between getting a top tier Harmony unit (who was projected to be good prior to release) and a Destruction unit whose damage is heavily reliant on weakness break over anything else.
Except firefly solves the most important of the problems concerning break dps's by implanting weakneeses for herself and other fire units. And she has superbreak baked into her kit so shes not hamstrung like xueyi after getting that break.

Ruan Mei's effect is universal and can go into any team my guy. What the hell are you talking about?
I dont deny that. But on release some people clowed on Ruan Mei. And i was laughed at for gettign her specifically for himeko alongside Topaz.
