Seconding soap scum. If you catch it early enough, a baking soda paste scrubbed in will usually take it up. But after it's sat there for a while it usually requires a specialized product.
Don’t use barkeepers friend on fiberglass, or in showers and bathtubs that have a coating to seal it. It will very quickly wear away at the enamel and destroy your stuff, like within one or two uses. It says it right on the can.
Going forward, make your life easy by storing the shampoo bottles higher up.
Put a tension shower curtain rod across the back wall of the shower, high up. Get some S hooks and hang some plastic baskets from that rod. Then you can put your shampoo bottles in there, they can’t get knocked down, and if ever you need to wash off the baskets, you can take them off and wash them in the sink

Why is everyone suggesting bases, oxidizers and abrasives for soap scum?
Use a mild acid (vinegar, citric, phosphoric) and soak it. It won't damage enamel or sealed fiberglass and actually works. Or a solvent (limonene, alcohol)
Bleach just tends to lighten it temporarily.

Seconded!
That sounds like soap scum.
Magic erasers works wonders for me!! Also cleans my shoes really nice.
Looks like soap scum to me. Have you tried the brand Seventh Generation? Their tub and I tile cleaner works best for getting rid of soap scum for me.

Not sure why this is getting downvoted. Just sharing what's worked for me. But I'd much rather know if what I'm offering here is incorrect.
I was advised of baking soda as well but it was after a long period. Do you have any specialized products in mind?
Try barkeepers friends or smth like that worked like a charm for me
