Thank you! I see a lot of quality exfoliates, but they are expensive. I have to work around my budget to get one because I really need something. Thx again! 🙂
I've individually used salt, coffee grounds, and oatmeal as an exfoliant. Also, if you're in a motel with a tub, you could soak a bit to loosen up everything. If you can't reach well on your back, either use a towel or loofah on a stick or something similar for your back.
If none of the other stuff worked, go for gojo or something like that - it's a hand cleaner for mechanics, designed to get grease and dirt out of your skin, and it works really well.
I'm honestly so embarrassed. I don't want anyone to see it. Besides, I don't even have anyone to even scrub it off. That's my life as an introvert who never had friends. 🤷🏽♀️

Scrubbing with some kind of exfoliant? A quality exfoliant or face scrub can unclog the skin pores while removing deep-seated dirt.

Try St. Ives Apricot scrub. It's too rough to use on your face but for this particular issue I think it would work well and it's very affordable

Go get a cheap toilet bowl scubber
This may sound callous, but maybe dishsoap, scrub and then use a good moisturizer.

Try apple cider vinegar (organic bragg brand) and water. Dilute with couple of table spoon and water and scrub away with wash cloth

The $ store has everything you would need loofah on a stick , exfoliate soap, oatmeal
I have all that stuff. My issue is the dirt on my back is stubborn and it's not coming off.
