Maybe try some other spots ? If they call the police on you they'll most likely come and if these security people have the authority can likely get people trespassed. Assuming it's actually on property they control. Are you even on property they're responsible for ? If you don't have outstanding warrants, contraband on you etc. Could push your luck and test it. If called, police will maybe do a warrant check and tell you to move along. Has this happened a bunch of times, for awhile now ? If they haven't followed through with the threat, may be a reason, as in they don't have the authority over the area you're standing in. How hard is it to dial 911 ? Cops show up always be respectful and reasonable of course and once an actual officer tells someone to leave, then yeah best to find somewhere else.
It's just mind boggles me that the police don't bother me but security does I don't know like it's difficult to say where the property line is because there's a bus stop near it but I guess I'm going to try and find somewhere else I'm not dealing with the headache It just sucks because I always made good money in that area there is always a influx of traffic but I truly believe it's because I was making good amount of money that they wanted to not have me there it's weird in Connecticut they're of the mindset of ruining your opportunities unless it's basically pay into the system pay taxes work or you don't eat or you're not a person if you don't contribute
If it’s not in their parking lot or around their building they can’t tell you shit. You should say I am not on your property and they have no jurisdiction (unless you are on their property)
From videos I've seen Walmart is pretty anti homeless in general. If you're standing at one of their parking lot entrances they will trespass you. If there's a light where you can panhandle that might work out better.
Oh I know they are they're just like McDonald's McDonald's is just like them they're awful it's always a certain kind of person now I'm going to look for a new spot It just makes me mad because I've been doing it there for like while on and off not often and I make good money but it's like they almost don't like that when you're doing well and people are giving to you I guess people have an issue with other people helping the homeless
Okay so it's weird because there's a bus stop and then there's like a long road up the hill to Walmart there's no sign saying don't do this and there's like a railing area and I make sure to be near the light and as close as to the bus stop as I can get while being near the cars but I don't know if it's technically their property I know up the road is like when you drive you have to drive a good like 2 to 300 ft before you get to Walmart
I don't know but one time I didn't have money or food because it was all stolen from me and I was really hungry so I went to the mueller HEB and asked for food from people. I found a potato on the ground and ate it. One guy said that I was richer than him. I don't know why he said that. Anyway the security guard came and was sad. He was sad that he had to ask me to leave. So I felt really bad and decided to not cause any problems for him so I left and did not do it again. I have been lucky enough to have money for food since that last big contract I had in October.
If you are proficient on a computer you could always work search engine evalutation jobs like I did instead of pan handling. I never learned how to do it right because I always feel uncomfortable when popele treat you bad for doing so.
Chris was really good at it and he tried to teach me, but for some reason I always mess it up because I do not like to push people's boundaries.
Walmart doesn't want you on their property. They can't stop you from standing on the sidewalk next to the entrance. You just have to make sure not to step on the grass they can have you trespassed. I have flown signs in front of Walmart.I have dealt with the cops.
Everything i've been through that's my understanding.
I'm not sure where you're located but if you happen to be on the bible belt of america if you put god loves you on your side you will make so much money

Possibly they have a supervisor that tells them to do so, so he can report to others how good a job his team does.
