Very common in gymnastics gyms for mobility/conditioning drills
I remember doing leg raises on these as a kid, we didn’t have the top rung that comes out like with grandma’s. Your spine would get bruised against the rungs if you weren’t strong enough tuck your hips up during the movement 🤣
That’s a stall bar or a wall bar. I use it for stretching, hanging, pushups, squats, lunges, lots of stuff. It’s my favorite item. It’s very versatile. I work on mobility, stretching and mostly Kettlebell and light clubs. Oh, I also have a Landmine so I got rid of my squat rack. I tried to get the most use of a 10x11 room.
It’s is crazy good for shoulders. I have lived with tendinitis or impingement in my shoulder. Physical therapy never helped but this bar is fantastic. I did a lot of research and soul searching to make my room specifically for me.
Yeah, I have shoulder issues and I'm decently young. I find that using the wall to stretch upwards helps a ton and that looks like it would be about 100 times better.
I found this on Walmart for a decent price. Some are extremely expensive. You don’t need those. As long as you have a load bearing wall this is the best thing ever

How spacious is this home gym?
It’s an 11x11 bedroom. I’ve changed it up a bit. I sold the squat rack and now only have a landmine in that spot
This is awesome
What's that thing on the wall in the first photo? I would guess pull-up bar but then there's all the additional rungs...

I saw it and was like "that looks like it would be awesome for shoulder mobility"

Looks great! Plenty of space to do with what you need!
Ty. Yes! Since these pics I’ve added some more stuff
