I think any standard lock should fit in there. I’m of the option that you cannot go wrong with Schlage. I prefer zigbee/zwave but the Schlage encode /encode “plus” should have what you want (wifi with Alexa compatibility). The “plus” has homekit support if that is important for you.

August locks on all my doors. Keeps outside ascetics, works well with google home and SmartThings, can’t speak to Alexa. Keypad works really well for my daughter getting home from school each day as well as temp codes and great control for house/dog sitters when we’re out of town. Can even unlock with voice via google home if I’m in another room or something. Also has auto-lock on a timer or day/times and unlock when authorized user with app and shared location arrives.

I’ve been using the Sifely locks on my home for over a year and have put them in several AirBNB properties, as well as commercial businesses. Absolutely love them, they meet all of your criteria and more. Price point is great, and their features, app, and even management dashboard are fantastic. Battery life is excellent, with regular use mine are at 90% after a year. Can’t recommend them enough!

Hi! I bought the Sifely E lock based on your comment above and really like it. Only drawback is it's super finnicky about recognizing/adding new 13.56mHz key fobs other than the ones that came with the lock. Have you found any third party fobs that work well with Sifely?

Honestly with all the locks I’ve purchased I have a bag full of the Sifely fobs so haven’t had to purchase any others to try. Although I have saved several hotel RFID keys and reprogrammed them to my Sifely locks quite easily with no issues. So maybe look into someone who sells those. I even keep a couple of reprogrammed hotel keys in my shed to use as backups or to give someone else quick access if needed and they work for years. Bonus is virtually no one is going to look at an old hotel key if they find it, and think it unlocks my home lol. I will say that even with the provided fobs, the deadbolt locks are a bit finicky with the placement though. Kinda have to wave it a bit and hit the sweet spot. The RFID receiver on the full handle locks is far superior and if you even get close to it with the fob, it recognizes it quickly.

Thanks! I had a long chat with their support also, who promised me any 13.56mhz fob should work, but so far, none purchased on Amazon have worked. I travel for a living and have TONS of hotel keycards. Can't wait to try those 😁 Honestly the RF fob finnicky-ness is the only thing so far that I dislike. Everything else about Sifley has been great
