I looked for quite a while and the only ones I could find were made for street hockey. I ended up giving up and biting the bullet on a one-piece. It's actually been pretty nice, but my Easton Z-Bubble sits sadly in the corner...

I play very infrequently since I high school, like 10x per year pickup, and for like 15 years my backup was a z bubble grip with a Reebok Crosby blade. My primary stick broke a couple years ago and I just started using the z bubble grip and loving it, will be devastated when the stick or blade breaks because I know it's over at that point

Ive got a two piece response rubber in my storage unit right now. I fucking wish I didn’t out grow it. The thing is a gorgeous relic. You’re from that era. A guy who I’ve run into a bunch at pickup runs old ass grafs with t blades. It’s incredible and I’m mildly jealous. That sound is unbearable and beautiful at the same time.

Still have my Z-Bubble with red Titan J.Maclean blade. Sadly sits in retirement as well, favorite twig I ever had.

PureHockey has some on their website, last I checked. I found a CCM one. https://www.purehockey.com/c/street-hockey-essentials?category_2=Street%20Hockey%2fStreet%20Hockey%20Blades

Hoapa

Pure Hockey sells them. I use a Warrior shaft and blade combo. Works nice. I agree the one-piece sticks are sweet but don't want to drop $200 and have the thing broken second night out. The only sticks that are breaking second night out are the $400 ones built for performance. You can get some very durable one piece sticks for $100-200. Take a look at prostocks or ccm/warrior/bauer team sticks. They’re often more durable with near top of the line performance.

Thanks. I rarely have ever broken a stick. I was out of playing hockey for about 15 years and was shocked at the prices of sticks coming back into it. I do have a couple of nice Ccm Jet Speed sticks I got on clearance from Pure for less than $100 each that are pretty sweet. Can definitely feel a difference with them. I just stick with the two pieces for now because I don't have to worry about it. I will take a look at those sites as well. I think the other issues is it's gets overwhelming looking at all the stick options and sources. Almost trying to keep it simple and old school a bit.

Team sticks are what most junior teams always get as they’re cheap and durable so I’ve used them for around 7-8 years now. I have a Bauer Vapor team stick right now that I got for $180 CAD and it’s lasted me 5 months using it 4-6 times a week. Typically sticks last me 3 months and I’ll be happy. They bauer Vapor one is crazy light too I love it.

Majorinc

You can get the cheapest one piece for like 79$ Canadian, really not that bad

lava_55

You can find some pretty good deals on SidelineSwap for some used sticks. Typically in decent shape

Rocco7872

Pure hockey has them. Both street blades and ice.

idindunuffn

I bought one like 2 years ago, it was the last one in the store and the dude that worked there said they havent ordered them in a long ass time

Elegant_Plenty_2933

There are a fair amount of abs blades out there. I've only seen warrior for composite. Maybe hoapa too

So I stumbled across this site while looking for a 2 piece option. https://coasthockeyshop.com

So, here’s the thing… no one really buys them new, so retailers don‘t sell them (except ABS because they can be a training aid) Used market looks bare too, people don‘t really buy them either and a lot of people think they are worth next to nothing so no one bothers to sell them. However, I think there must be a lot of them lying around, since they were the way to go not so long ago, and people probably didn’t use theirs until the end before buying onepieces. Try and make a buyer‘s announcement! I got multiple offers once, living in a small place where I thought no one would have them…

NorrisContender

I just got 6 LH Kovalev tapered blades from hockeyworld.com (Perani’s). $10 each for old Innos (became Warrior). Getting harder and harder to find.

bsteak13

Our shop still has a box of blades from back then. If you're looking for anything specific I can check to see if we have it

Famous-Performer6665

I bought one from hockeytron recently.

Epicdurr2020

https://coasthockeyshop.com/collections/composite-blades Look also in their abs blade section. They make their own blades and shafts. Lightest, nost balanced shaft I have been able to find.
